- In this video, we explore 2 Reasons Why Someone Is Always On Your Mind through the lens of Zen and Buddhist philosophy. Have you ever found yourself unable to shake thoughts of a particular person? This phenomenon can be understood by delving into the teachings of Zen, which emphasize the nature of attachment and the interconnectedness of all beings.
Reason 1: Emotional Attachment
According to Zen philosophy, attachment is often the source of suffering. When someone occupies your mind, it may be due to a strong emotional connection you feel towards them. This attachment can create a cycle of thoughts that are difficult to escape. Zen teaches us to recognize this attachment and practice letting go, allowing us to find peace within ourselves.
Reason 2: Interconnected Thoughts
Buddhist teachings suggest that our thoughts are not isolated; they resonate with the thoughts of others. If someone is frequently on your mind, it could be a reflection of their own thoughts about you. This interconnectedness highlights the importance of mindfulness and being present in the moment, as our mental focus can influence our emotional state and vice versa.
Join us as we unpack these concepts and provide insights on how to navigate these feelings using Zen principles. By understanding the reasons behind why someone is always on your mind, you can cultivate a more peaceful and mindful approach to your relationships.

Our thoughts can be so powerfull .... we need to let go sometimes. Many people remind me of my childhood and haunt me ... I need to let go of these thoughts.
But its only because these same people hurt me now again and I need letting go of them too. That is how I understand it. And I will do just that, I cant help them...
Good Video Thanks

Thoroughly explained to us, with kindness and patience. Thank you sincerely for putting more light on unusual, thus inmensely precious Concepts. For the first time, I realize that, while progressing, a win-win situation could be possible in life. Since slways I admire the Buddhist philosophy but was always sad about how Monks seem to have to sacrifice their lives to teach their wonderful, peaceful Mindfulness to us people. Therefore I wrote that you are putting more light on what should be understood. Wish you a happy success and.... a better World, if we people do better.

What about when the person who occupies your mind for months, years on end? I dream about this person and often relive and viscerally experience the pain that was caused me. I wake up and can recall every moment, word, sound that inflicted incredible pain and torment. How do I let go if these thoughts regularly occur in my dreams and well as my day time thoughts? PLEASE suggest something!
Accept the reality and move on, Thanks so much for watching.
The problem is likely still about attachment. You may find Tapping with Brad Yates on need and abandonment or some of his other videos helpful.
Unresolved fulfillment, desires. A wish to relive or to live. To find a friend or move on.
I just can't stop thinking of my wife Margrit even for a few minutes after she left me I just can't live without thinking of my goddess my wife Margrit i miss you Margrit your ty Jay
