It never fails to amaze me how efficient motorcycles are in moving through traffic.
Ich1GoTgl Well if you have the skill and balls. I'll sit in traffic for 10 mins get passed by like 4 or 5 motorbikes and scooters before I think 'fuck it' and follow someone lol.
Ich1GoTgl It never fails to amaze me how people can sit in that traffic for hours every day instead of just buying a bike! ;)
It's all a learning curve, I did the same for a few days after I started riding. Now filtering is just a way of life. The car never gets used in rush hour times now.

When you filter in London especially, filter in single file. Some car drivers are helpful and will give you room - when you both go either side of the same car, if you moves, he wipes one of you out, and you'll blame him. Filter respectfully

LiangHuBBB And why is that? Here in Poland we wouldn't get into such trouble. Just riding on the white marks could cause some. But what's up with Germany?
V-Told There's no exact rule. They say: one vehicle per lane. So if you're filtering on a bike between two cars you're f*cked in Germany. But many policemen just tolerate it as long you're not one of these complete douchebags, who filter with >100km/h. Otherwise there are enough civil troublemakers, who are more dangerous than some fines: blocking, opening doors, turning etc.
This is very helpful I've been trying to work out for ages if you can filter in Germany. Thanks.
krasky Thanks for the input. Check it carefully as if it was as you say, you could NOT overtake anyone, even a biker, if the opposite lane is not fully clear and you can't move the full car's/bike's width onto that lane. The same story if there would be two bikers going in the same direction - one could not overtake the other one while being on the same lane. Aaaand this would not make sense as a whole so I believe that some of you just understand that sentence in a wrong way. Some people interpret it in a wrong way here too but we've had a few campaigns in some cities educating car drivers and the results are stunning. Now I see a lot of compliance on the roads. It's so nice that I started filming that and putting on YT just like RJ. Media can help inform people.

lucas adobe premiere pro has an auto-track function for effects, that include bluring

Shameless Antics yes, it is! the wide handlebar and low center of gravity make it pretty agile and easy to control =)

That’s why the s1000r is awesome. He was hardly on the gas and that R9T was really winding it out to keep up.
Nothing wrong with the filtering here - just jealous drivers irritated by the big car park that London has become - caused by them !!!

I don't live in UK. Are you allowed to drive on hatched, striped parts of the road? Here it is against the Law.
it does annoy me slightly seeing him wear those trainers and jeans on that bike. Firstly its not safe and i dont know why but im starting to find squids look silly on bikes. I think you look much better with full gear on.
Hey, i see you driving fast! Iam do it to, but i hope you will ever reach your target healthy! I had an accident half a year after i got my driving license and i hope nobody will have such an adventure!!! Now iam fine and iam driving with my Xtx660 but i wish for every biker: Get home well after every ride, and pay attention! The car drivers arent the best!

Commuting through London is sooo much nicer than Paris. Wider roads, respectful drivers, many fever scooters who can't drive. Nice video.
I find it telling that while I'd definitely not categorize the S1000R rider as reckless, his filtering style was more aggressive then RJ's, but it didn't net him any gain in distance.

I was looking for an accident with a r-Nine and S100R and then I re-read the title.
This camera is mounted to your helmet and you seem to be making no rear observations when you switch lanes or filter…..??!!
I was getting stressed just watching that, so much concentration needed, hate riding in London. So many things could of gone wrong there.

Was wondering if anybody has some tips for a new comer bike.
I would like to primarly drive bigger tours with luggage and would probably ride some dirt roads as well.

Is it legal to temporarily use the oncoming lanes; what about those cross lines in the center?
Zone07 You can utilise the oncoming for filtering provided it is safe to do so. Normally means you shouldn't cause anyone coming that way to have to move.
People in England drives like shit. If you do that with a motorbike here in Spain you get a nice police fine.

Are u allowed to lane split/go into the other lane or other side of road/cross solid lines here in the UK or does everyone just not care or do the police not see it as a big offence because he did it in from of a few police and the didn't flinch.

Why the f**k do people buy a £9-10k bike that can do close to 200mph and were jeans and trainers?!?! Surely if they can afford the bike they can afford a £600 2 piece and boots?!? Why ride in trainers?!?? 😁
Ethan Senior The bike is nearly £12k and it certainly can't reach any speeds approaching 200mph. Probably 155mph, still fast and I get your point about the gear but it's up to him. Maybe for filtering he feels it's enough, it certainly looks like he can handle a bike.
Ethan Senior Perhaps because it's just too hot for motorcycle trousers. They're usually quite thick and therefore warm.

I love the sound of this bike! Out of all Standard bikes this is my favourite. I would love to own one of these and I hope to when they bring out the new models. Sorry RJ but I like it more then the S1000R and Nuda.
