I agree, particularly in Spain all cakes taste the same. Just a different colour.
Ice cream can be good, but is sometimes bland.
Nice room and facilities and reasonable price at that hotel.

A good price for this hotel, the bed looked very comfy and the view was absolutely beautiful, i can imagine it looking gorgeous at night too with the harbour lights, the food looked nice as well, especially that chocolate machine, your videos are so relaxing and enjoyable to watch 👍

Definitely one for me to consider next time I’m in Spain. The dinner spread looked wonderful with a great selection. I hope the restaurant filled up later. This is my type of hotel. Thanks for showing.
very nice.. Love the funky green bedside table....i'd be happy there..if only i could fly x Nearly 63 and never had much experience of travelling...even though i used to work for 3 travel agents lol.........lump hammer comes to mind lol
🤩✈️ Lovely room Paul, clean, I'd definitely stay there. Love the fridge. Plus that's a great shower , plus a fantastic view, but that's too high for me, I'm ok around 4 floors up. 😲 The food looks lovely, could just eat that 🍰 cake.

Hello, The Price justifies mainly,for the hotel standing, the view, the food ,the room too. Ofcourse, if this shall be a full board for 5 days, with some activities will be memorable. Nice video

Thanks for the vid …we go here a lot but never stayed in that hotel we go to a slightly cheaper one nearby but frequent Alberto’s bar regularly!!!! We did wonder in a few months ago to have a look at the hotel. We also thought the same the pool looked very small for the size of the hotel but it looks nice and modern ! I agree that there are so many restaurants that’s probably why dinner was quite….did you discover’fish Alley’ a maze of little streets with tons of restaurants!

Great video Paul 👍 I drove to Marbella from Leeds in 1987 and stayed a night in Fuengirola, The ferry I travelled on from Dover to Calais was the Herald Of Free Enterprise 2 weeks later it went down.

Hi Paul, well what can i say, another outstanding hotel. Once again i can't really fault this 4 Star Hotel, it was superb. I thought your room was excellent. The food on show was fabulous in its preparation and presentation. No question. Must have some very highly qualified chefs working there. The food looked really sumptious and appetising. That's my opinion. I don't mind paying first class rates, if i am getting first class service. I am sure you would think the same. Another nice visit Paul. Thanks.

Stayed there back in 2019 when it was the Florida Spa, seems to have had a bit of a refurb, still got the green bathroom sinks though. I didn't notice if the British Pub bar was still there upstairs or the games and reading rooms, also the basement disco bar, although that was shut when we were there. This hotel was owned by the group that also had the Angela and Yaramar further along but not sure if it is still. We had a room on the top floor with a side sea view and the food was pretty good, it might have been happy hour in the bar at the time you were eating, 2 for1 drinks.
No British Pub Bar, games room or disco but I was only there one night
Wow! I usually go to PYR just across the road. Leonardo ( ex Florida Spa as you correctly pointed out ) looks fantastic. The rooms are a lot smaller than PYR but its very modern looking and busy with a superb view.
Did you request a room with a south facing view or was it presented as random?

There's so many places to eat at good prices that's why the restaurant isn't so busy.
The breakfast looks nice I like my eggs turned over,
I like my food hot I always use microwave in these hotels
Sorry, you were not in Fuengirola, it was The Bolishes outside the resort. You completely missed the marina and old town.. You need to revisit and stay in the actual town.
