- Tony, Newt, And Justin review Mad Max Fury Road. In this Podcast/Movie Review they will talk about the things that make Mad Max Fury Road fierce! From the incredible action, great stunts, and the pedal to the metal vehicle chases.
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.

I swear this series is what all 80's and 90's romantic comedies wished they were. There is no better "Will they, won't they?" story that this of Tony and Newt. Guy love, it's real, to guys.
I watched FURY ROAD 6 times in the theater (something I had not done since the original release of STAR WARS) aaannnd.....I got a "WHAT A LOVELY DAY" tattoo.This movie reignited the sheer joy of watching a film and go back over and over again.
The Lenny Kravitz story and their reaction ended my whole life.

I laughed hard at the Lenny Kravitz part. I was watching Newt and Justin just laughing harder and harder and Justin was a red as Tony's Dixie cup. Then they showed the clip censored by Mel Gibson's face. LOL
tony doesn't have a dixie cup, he has a solo cup. dixie cups are small (like 2 oz) paper cups. just an fyi.
but, yeah, his face was absolutely scarlet!

Mad Max:Fury Road was definitely worth seeing in theaters. Plus love the fact that not only did George Miller come back to direct, but that Hugh Keays-Bryne(Toecutter) came back to play Immortan Joe.
Still not a good Mad Max movie. I’ll go so far as to say I wasn’t even a Mad Max movie.

When Tony started doing “sandstorm”, I assumed he was having a full blown stroke
I saw this on a night off while working on a horror film shoot. After watching it, we gave our input on the movie via our job title. I thought the Make Up and Effects Make Up were awesome.
For your next post-apocalyptic movie review, you guys should check out Turbo Kid.

Oddly enough my brother liked Madmax 1, 2 and 3, but thought Fury Road was the dumbest thing ever.
it's a great visual spectacle, but the story is...i mean it doesn't make a lot of sense. But it's good fun

The Mad Max game for PS4 is a truly underrated game. I remember it was free with PS Plus membership some years ago. I was hooked at the time, I loved the part where you upgrade the car to have more armor.
Its a multi-platform game... not just PS4. There are more platforms that exist other than what you own, like PC (which is the much better version of the game, due to the graphics and the fact that you will still be able to play it in 33 years).

there were so many hot takes in this review that I found myself constantly reenacting the scene where Tom Hardy points up at the trapped screaming lady and says, “that’s bait” smh lol.
