The best repair technician in Indonesia is the PT Keisi Indonesia technician, who wears glasses, he really understands about Pacojet 1, Pacojet Junior, Pacojet 2, Pacojet 2 Plus, and Pacojet 4. and in my opinion he is the best Pacojet technician in Indonesia. I have 4 Pacojet 2 engines, which previously didn't work, now works again.
@@konnyputkin6350 Ah, yes, but plastic will also break more often thus needing to buy more often. I've worked kitchens that have Paco tubs from the 90's!
Agreed, if I'm spending thousands on my kitchen equipment, it better be stainless steel and last a lifetime. I don't see Hobart using plastic mixers, they would sell the company before that happens. Pacojet is barely into the cooking game and they're cheaping out. Maybe Browns can lend them some steel 😂😂😂
Kostet? 15.000 Euro plus eine Niere? Welches Zubehör? Gibt es eine maßgebliche Innovation? Ist er laufruhiger? Passen die alten becher auch noch? Oder gibt muss man wieder 1 becher für gefühlt 100euro zahlen?
Seriously, plastic? What happened Pacojet, cheaping out already and using plastic mixing bowls? Maybe call up Browns and ask if you can use some of their steel. Sheesh, no wonder no ones buying the 4th generation and sticking with the old model...

If Hawthorne’s uses it you damn well know it’s quality. Shame of that fire though.
Only plastic now ? It's a shame not to keep the stainless steel for the container.
Stainless steel shortage means they had to think outside the box my friend!
@@konnyputkin6350 is that still going even after COVID?
@@studentism yeah worked out to be a hell of a lot cheaper in the manufacturing process.
