East Highlands is way older than that and they aren't done rebuilding it. Also any neighborhood surrounding it is on pair. Really any of the Hobsons are amazing

@@ralphieandryan because 2007-2012 was kind of the peak of the rebuilding, but they didn't get all the old houses. I want to the original neighborhood was laid down in the late 60's at the earliest and a lot of those original houses still exist. If you want something small with a huge lawn.

Thanks for bringing up the rebuilding phase and the mix of old and new homes in the area. East Highlands, with its mix of original homes from the late '60s, offers a unique charm and a sense of history. From my perspective, the real value in areas like East Highlands lies in the land, given its sizable lots and prime location close to downtown. For someone considering moving here, buying an older home with the potential to rebuild or renovate later could be a smart move. It's all about finding that perfect spot that feels right, and for many, being close to downtown with ample space is ideal.@@zeanamush

It was an oversight on my part not to include it in this video. I appreciate your input and will make sure to cover it in more detail in future content. I see there’s HOA fees in some towns. Do they take care of landscaping?
