I'm really enjoying the Holosun EPS red dot sight on my G20.5. One of the lightest and more rugged enclosed pistol sights if you're going to be using it outdoors, and no gimmicky options like solar powered. I liked it so much I bought an identical one for my g26.4 (getting it milled atm for the EPS). You will need to order an adapter plate for the EPS on the G20. Even though C&H seems to get a bad rap from some, I got the "V4 MIL/LEO Adapter Holosun EPS plate" from C&H and fits perfect. Visit your local gun shops first to find the EPS. I was able to score both of mine for $250 bnib from my LGS. They are the 2 moa red version, the greens and 6moa's seem to go for more.
Good choice on the Glock. I don't have a 10mm, but I do have 2 G34's. A Gen 3 that I keep in a CAA MCK, and a Gen 4 with several upgrades and a Faxon rainbow fluted barrel. The Gen 4 is topped off with a Holosun HS507C X2 optic and a OLight Baldr RL light/laser. I was always a Glock hater till I got the 34's. But, I'd still take my Beretta 92 or S&W 1911E over them any day.
Only reason why I have the G20 is so it would go with my Kriss Vector in 10mm Cuz they use the same mags...... but I did also get the M&P10 as well last year. I like both guns but the M&P for me has a small edge only cuz of the way the grips feels better in my hands

Get the 40 conversion barrel when it comes out. Cheaper ammo. Less recoil.
i have a Glock 17 in 9mm. Mine is Gen 3. My hands must not be as sensitive. I pick it up and it doesnt make be cry.

The g29 can use the Kriss vector mags aswell. In neither the 20 or 29 is it reliable though
