Good operator, he tries to keep the windshields clean on the truck behind him. Silage still drifts on the windshield, but he is aiming high enough to not cover them. We will be chopping soon, and I drive a truck for that job. That's a nice outfit you rode with!
Dont think I have ever seen it before. Thats a lot of times of getting stuck. I find it hard to believe someone would get stuck in our lovely red clay....LOL
THATS MY DAD JOSE!!!! Great video!!!! Much love and may god bless! 🙏🏼
@@aracelymaldonado9488 super nice and very knowledgeable guy. I enjoyed riding with him.

My favorite thing on my Granddaddys dairy farm was cutting silage as a young boy. We blew it up into upright concrete silos. Sure miss those days.
@@dennisjenkins7040 my great grandfather had concrete silo and a pit. I vividly remember the smell of driving past the pit.
@PatrickShivers we had the pit too that was used before the silo came along. Still did use the pit some after silo would get full if needed.

@@MorganOtt-ne1qj in a deleted scene Jose told me they cut from July to December. A LOT of experience each year.
That was very interesting. Wish I had smelly vision on my phn. I love the smell fresh cut corn.
Hello, Patrick! Returning to the past...
Interesting! I thought they liked the corn a little greener?
@@jackweeks8099 they do. This was cut just a little late, but will still make good beef cattle ration.
I have chopped several thousand acres of corn silage. I live in Iowa and I worked at a feedyard 30 years ago. We finished fat cattle.

There no way that corn is 72 tons an acre. That is just impossible.
