FYI: I'm a black woman. I'm the only one looking at this differently. There are many white people who aren't what their ancestors are. Kaitlin excused herself quietly, and was told that they were asking why she left. When she returned she was saying something that was, in fact, positive as a white woman supporting black women. For Marie to ONCE AGAIN (like she did at the first brunch) interject herself the way she did was wild to me. It's about an announcement but y'all definitely were immersed in a whole conversation about white people and racism and you don't think that the one white woman in the room is entitled to feelings and voice, especially when y'all where questioning her exit after she exited (behind her back). Then for Marie's friend to walk up on Kaitlin like that, now she should definitely feel attacked. You mad because she said "come here then" (in black words "pull up" but it's so worse because she's white) after one JUST came to her and in her space. Everyone now jumping on her.....maaaan get the hell out of here. Kaitlin responded the same way I would've I just would've used my black words. They definitely could've handled that and her differently, beginning with Marie.
Ok I’m glad I’m not the only person who seen it that way. Because they may have been speaking about white people in a general sense but as she the only white women there it seems like it hit her as they where attacking her and I’m completely ok with her friend who invited her, not only checking to see what was wrong but also explaining what was happening because to me it’s not bad to explain to someone what is going on especially if they don’t understand or live in that experience. And then Marie talking about “shes talking to me like I’m a slave” no, I don’t think thats what was going on, because if it was me I would have said, well if you really want me to leave, you can make me. Especially after your friend done walked up on me like that, it’d been on and poppin in this brunch. Especially talking about me like I’m not there, that triggers my soul.

This week I just started watching this show.... I love it! Every person I see something wonderful in each. I also see each of their sides of why they do what they do, because of that I feel they did a great job picking the cast....
