  • NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Sebrina Washington, the mother of Xzavier Robertson, wants something every family member deserves when a loved one is killed -- answers.
Robertson was murdered in October. He was found by the North Charleston Police Department at around 2:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound. Washington believes he was killed after being identified as a witness to a separate murder case from five years ago.

Bottom line, didn’t have anything to do with the case; it was her raising of her son. They aren’t putting “black mens” names out in the street, they put all witnesses names out into the public, as they have always. Unless the person is part of the witness protection program, which is rare, the accused has every right to know the names of all accusers and witnesses,

This is TERRIBLE! He looked like such a sweet, innocent young soul! Now I understand why young ppl are wondering why tf would they try to do the right thing & be a witness but put their own selves in danger!?! I have young & teen boys & I have been telling them that rule was wrong & immoral...but now I see why young ppl & we Blk ppl follow "don't snitch". If he were wyte he would have NEVER been exposed. Cops have BEEN telling the criminals the ppl who identify them.

I’ve spent most of my summer’s in Charleston as a kid. I pray this mother received justice- They need an internal investigation because they always drop the ball and accidentally line people up.

I remember the police tried to go to my son school and question him. My moms friend who was the assistant principal called me.When i say i sped to his school so fast and asked them wtf they wanted they all looked crazy.
    Me: "Is he a suspect"
Them: No just a person of interest because he may have saw what happened.
Me: Thats not good enough. Then i signed my son out of school.🤷

Isaiah 1:17 says, "Learn to do right! Seek justice, encourage the oppressed. Defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow". This verse is an example of how to put the central tenet of justice into action, which is to pursue justice

They changed the law during the Dibozzo administration era that the witness name will be shown in a the discovery paperwork. Soft on crime contributed to this event not the cops .

Chiming in from SC this is a new story to me! My heart goes out to this mom and family and anyone else out here thats lost loved ones. I may not have all the right words to say especially when i dont know what to say. So what i am gathering is that when he was 14 he witnessed a murder. The authorities made him sign a waiver and 5 years later he is killed from a gunshot wound? I definitely need more of this story. I know they are saying his name was released to the public, so was it the person he saw kill someone that came back for him or? Did they arrange for him to he killed so he wouldnt testify against them? Just know what ever happens in the dark wilo come to the light 🕯 ❤i pray for justice

You can't do things like this and act puzzled to the lack of respect for your authority. They preach about killing the no snitch code, but when someone actually cooperate they don't hv decency to protect them
