We actually have 1 video about HCMC in case you haven't watched it yet (th-cam.com/video/TFLtMsvC_7c/w-d-xo.html) and we will do more rental videos in HCMC too.
Major issues with these appartements often are construction works nearby which create a lot of nuisance . As there a no laws preventing people to build 24/7 . Also only top floor appartements are really interesting to give you the least headache. Keep in mind electricity prices are often tweaked up by the owner or agency. Government rate is 2000-3000 VND/Kwh.
@@brucewayne2773 then this video is not for you, it’s for the people who can go back or simply wanting to sign a contract soon to lock a good price. Prices will change just like in many products and services. :)
@Randel F , why bringing in the Vietnamese government here? If you deal with an honest landlord then it should be fine! I woke up long ago, it's time for you to wake up instead! 😁 FYI, I have done it before, you should visit VN to see for yourself instead of believing in negative bias. So again, please wake up ! You will enjoy what you see Bro! 👌👍
Great cons and pros of the rentals.
Thank you for watching this video.
Very wonderful video, can you do one about HCM city soon? Thank you so much.

Heyyy!!! Really good walkthrough. Very smart to do virtual tours. It’s fast and gives a clear presentation. I do it for my whole channel too 😄
Thank you, Jett. Lockdowns force us to innovate. Keep up the good job and thanks for watching!

A lovely lady and a very good video.
extremely good video
Due to the current covid lockdown, may I sign a contract now for next year rent?
@Randel F well, let's see who will be a fool at the end! 🤣
@Randel F , yep! You said while looking at the mirror, who did you see? 🤣🤣
The second apartment is the best.
We agree!
How much to buy it?
Do you come with the apartment?
How much is 3 bedroom apartment in Hanoi
Are these apartments on a month to month or 12 month lease? If on a 12 month lease is the amount due on a monthly basis or all up front?
i want to live in da nang. europe is done
Not sure why you are posting this now? price may change and availability by the time borders are open again next year
That's why you need to sign the rental contract and make a deposit NOW for next year or two year from now on moving in. 🤣
@@vxdakao6285 Things are so unknown right now in VN. I would wait when borders are officially open before signing anything.

@Randel F yea this video is not for you. It's for people who already get familiar with Vietnam and trust its political environment ;)
