I like it. I have seriously thought about getting rid of my vac hose reel. I could toss the hose on top of my fresh water tank and this would free up a ton of space to be able to load up the Cimex and Mytee ECO when doing VLM jobs. The vac reel is nice but it really isn't needed. More of a luxury..
I will never have a vac reel again. Huge waste of space and like you said if you need to load different equipment you can just leave the vac hose at home. For me it's just so much easier to set up and break down this way I love it. Plus most of my jobs are residential and are usually less than 150 feet hose runs.

Which connectors did you use for the hoses?
I believe they are Mytee cuff-lynx
