Which Legendary Pokémon Trio Is the Most Unbalanced?

- Out of all the Pokémon it's the legendaries that are usually the strongest (at least within the lore of the universe) so that means their only real threat is each other. And while many of these mystical beasts are grouped together in trios, they're not all balanced. In fact some are quite the opposite, so let's find out which Legendary Trio has the greatest balancing problems.
In a way, the Regi's imbalance makes sense. With them being based off the Ice Age, the Stone Age, and the Iron Age, it's almost like each more advanced tecnological age defeats the other, with the Iron Age coming out on top.
That's a cool way of looking at it
Wow. That's seriously cool.
Would Regeleci represent the age of electricity? And Regidraco the age of religion?
@@d.o.p.d.o.p.1775 Before the types were revealed, I thought that they'd pull a fast one and make Regidraco dark for the Dark Ages and Regeleki electric for the Enlightenment. I guess dragon could still represent the Dark Ages though, with stories of medieval times often including Dragons.
@@commentingcommenter1230 I thought the same too prior to the reveal, it's just too bad they couldn't keep up the type effectiveness trend, but I suppose they gave that up with Regigigas. Though a personal theory on Regigigas it could technically represent Pre-History, the time before technological advancements
the swords of justice were meant to work as a team. they cover each other's weaknesses. Virizion saves the other two from ground and takes care of Terrakion's weakness to water. Cobalion can deal with psychic types (especially with x-scizor) and has STAB supereffective against fairies. He also resists grass and is immune to poison, which helps Terrakion and Virizion, respectively. Terrakion saves Virizion from flying and fire types. All of the swords are also fighting types, which deals with Terrakion's steel weakness and Virizions ice weakness.
All for one and one for all!
It makes sense because gen 5 also introduced triple and rotation battles
Thats called thinking

The most unbalanced Legendary Pokemon Trio in my opinion is Zacian, Zamazenta and Eternatus. Uncrowned Zacian has the type advantage over Uncrowned Zamazenta (Fairy vs Fighting) and Crowned Zacian is one of the strongest Pokemon ever introduced into the series, getting Fighting coverage to beat Crowned Zamazenta. That doesn't mean that Zamazenta is bad, but if it got Body Press, King's Shield and Recover it would be so much better as a defensive Pokemon. Eternatus can't even DAMAGE Crowned Zacian with EITHER of its STAB moves, but at least it gets Fire coverage!
It's true. It's like they didn't even care when making them, or at least they WANTED it to be super easy to fight Eternatus...
The fact that Zacian gets Sacred Sword and Zamazenta doesn't get King's Shield kinda ticks me off...
Oh I always thought Eternatus was more of a duo master over the two other than in the same group lol. I guess not
No he is not he is more like the villain
No joke, but I like the uncrowned form's actual name a lot better: Hero of Many Battles.
One extra thing to note: In gen 1 fire didn't resist ice, so Moltres was hit super effectively by both of the others, Articuno too, and Zapdos by only one.
I was going to say that
... Really? I've never tried before... Nor did I ever got hit by an ice move with Charizard...
Can confirm in gen1 ice hit Charizard and Moltres for super effective damage.
th-cam.com/video/7z_1E8VGJOw/w-d-xo.html
Never gonna give you up
As we see with Kyogre and Groudon at least,
it's not as important for Legendaries what Type they are.
Fire and Water Legendaries can just be equally strong
and no ever loses.
Also, i think to remember some kindergarden-child
in-game telling me "Type-Advantages are not everything!"
...
In gen 1 Fire didn't resist Ice yet, making Uno strong against the other two, Dos being strong against two and Tres only vs Uno
Of course, because what Gen 2 really needed was a nerf to the ice type...
@@Veecy Twice
Woah, I never actually caught that their names are ArticUNO, ZapDOS, and MolTRES. That's wild
@@panheaddragonwolfpaw I've been a fan of Pokémon since the 90's and I've never noticed it either. You're not alone.
Sure Tres beats Uno unless it has Water Pulse
Speaking of balance and Legendaries, have you ever noticed that the Swords of Justice are the literal Rock-Paper-Scissors Pokemon? Terrakion = Rock, Virizion = Paper (Grass-type; paper comes from trees), and Cobalion = Scissors (Steel-type; scissors are made of metal).
Honestly I had never thought of it that way, but that's funny! They don't follow the rules though, since they both beat Rock...
Rock, paper, scissors, (water) gun.
Keldeo is that one kid that makes up his own rules during Rock Paper Scissors.

The secondary type of Terrakion let it beat Cobalion which makes it balanced.
The Hoenn trio wasn’t supposed to be even. The flying weather god dragon was supposed to be the top dog. With that being said Groudon has solar beam with drought so he is a match for the water pokemon
True, then in omega ruby alpha sapphire he also got his solar beam to be instant charge because of his desolate land, and isn't precipice blades a rock type move so it is strong against rayquaza?

Am surprised that they still hasn't been a legendary trio based around Fire🔥 Water💦 Grass 🌿 it would be the be a great call back to the stater's and would obviously be the most balance.
I’d like to see a starter trio where the extra typings make them quad resist/ effective against the others
Or one that balances out at the end
@woodlefoof2 there is the gen 6 starters
@@mubeens1006 oh I mean like grass becomes grass/ice against fire so that fire does quad damage
I’m not sure if you could do that all 3 ways but I think it would be cool especially since i always like to bring out my starter Pokémon to fight my rivals starter even though there is a disadvantage but this would be too much.
For the balancing version I mean there is the obvious fire/grass grass/water water/fire
but I would be more interested in something along the lines of the old “picked the disadvantage” rival is the new “picked the advantage”rival. Xerneas is one of the most OP legendary back in gen 6 and 7 all you needed is a Power Herb and Geomancy
That was why I always carried a faster taunt user
@@abidali4527 like who? The only taunt user I know of who won't get obliterated by moon blast is Mewtwo.
Z-Geomancy Xerneas. You still have to wait 2 turns, but you get +1 in every stat first turn, THEN the regular +2 in special attack, special defense, and speed the second turn.
@@petelee2477 Encore is better it locks Xerneas into using Geomancy unfortunately in Sword and Shield Pokemon can ignore the effects of Taunt and Encore by Dyamaxing

xerneas is obscenely broken compared to the other two lol
Xerneas is literally Cernunnos Christ.
If we're going competitive wise Yveltal was actually the most powerful out of the three but against each other there is no way Xerneas doesn't come out on top

I would say the most imbalanced legendary trio is the original gen 1 bird trio. This is due to Articuno being bad in competive since gen 4 due to stealth rock taking away 50 percent of its health, this is bad for Articuno because it's more of a defensive Pokémon unlike say Moltres which despite suffering the same 50 percent damage when it switches into stealth rock is more viable due to being more offensively orientated (also fire flying is a much better defensive and offensive typing than ice flying allowing Moltres to Roost more often if you hate the 50 percent damage that much). Meanwhile Zapdos only takes 25 percent but considering it's the middle of the line having both good attack and defense as well as the amazing electric flying typing, this allows it to be the most viable out of the 3 in competive. This could change when they come out in gen 8 where Articuno will get heavy duty boots that allows it to ignore stealth rocks, however I still think it would be worse than the other two.
In a direct 1v1v1 between the 3 I think Zapdos would come out on top due to the fact that it has super effective STAB against both Articuno and Moltres.
Edit: Nevermind I completely forgot about gen 8 and it's legendarys and how the sword one is infinitely better than the other two.

Groudon gets the short end of the stick he gets land and kyogre gets the ocean and rayqauza has space.
Rayquaza has the highground
Plus their typing. Ground is weak to water and cant hit flying type. Groudon lives matter?
Groudon has desolated land which makes it immune to Water and pretty sure it has coverage Moves for dealing with Rayquaza
@@ebolachan8198 only in primal form tho
Then primal shows up and ruins everyone
I always thought that regigigas should have been fighting. That would make him the perfect "master" of the regis
You make really interesting and unique content, ty for the entertainment
3:12 Groudon usually runs dragon claw or dragon tail for Rayquaza. Groudon is not helpless. Also you have to keep in mind that while Groudon's attack is raised upon primal reversion while Kyogre's defense remains the same. Realistically the primals can both 2HKO each other(or get lucky with fissure/sheer cold). Rayquaza on the other hand might have problems with kyogre. It can still 2HKO but it shouldn't use dragon ascent so that it's defenses aren't lowered.
I've thought about this topic , I'm glad to see this actually be a video
There’s actually a lot more to the hoenn trio than just their typing, because while rayquazza was faster, he gets destroyed by scarf kyogre and can’t kill groudon outright without heavy special investment, so he normally gets bodied by stone edge. Second, groudon actually kills kyogre with earthquake straight up, so it comes down to a speed tie, but since kyogre used to run choice scarf, it would normally win even in the weather disadvantage. This all changed when the primal and mega forms came out, as it made rayquazza stupidly power powerful and actually gave groudon the advantage, as kyogre needed to use blue orb over scarf and most of groudon’s sets were slower, so he would overrule kyogre’s weather and one shot him. That’s why groudon was the most used ubers Pokémon in gen 6-7, it was stronger outright.
I'm definitely down for the new starter type being Psychic, Dark, and Fighting type. Although the fighting type may still end up a fire type lol

@@killerkirby366 Gamefreak *is* getting more and more lazy though. The characters in pokemon don't have the same depth that characters do in other series like Mario and the plot is basically the same in every game with gens 6, 7, and 8 having their own gimmick.
Just look at the difference in world building and use of 3D models between a game like Assassin's Creed Unity (which came out in 2014 and was designed to run on a system less powerful than the Switch) and Sword/Shield. Definitely the Kanto birds. Electric is a very powerful offensive type and would decimate the other birds
Not to mention Zapdos is faster than the other two anyway...
Fire didn't resist ice yet in gen1. Blizzards would also destroy other two birds.
Yellow cactus bird go zap
Don't forget Zapdos is the only one not 4x wean to Rock, and stealth rock by extension.
@@Dill72Yee I think it would be fair to consider the generations those trios came out. Nowadays Fire resists ice and every team has a Stealth Rock user, while in gen 1 there was no such thing. All 3 birds would have problems with Golem/Rhydon at that time. Blizzard also had a 90% accuracy.
Cubone did the same for Gen 4 dragons, considered Steel's resistance for Ghost up until gen 6..
Calling the video; The least balanced legendairy trio
Emperoro cubone: no I dont thing I will
one thing to keep in mind about the gen 1 birds is that fire did not resist ice in gen 1 so the trio was slightly more balanced
Just updating after the Crown Tundra:
Calyrex, Spectrier and Glastrier are also a trio.
Calyrex is weak to both Spectrier and Glastrier and have lower base stats.
The two horses are neutral to each other with Spectrier strong in the special side, and Glastrier strong in the physical side.
The galarian legendary birds are all strong against Galarian Zapdos who is weak to Flying.
Galarian Moltress takes only neutral damage from Galarian Zapdos thanks to it's Flying type. It is also strong against Galarian Articuno, being both super effective and immune to some of G. Artcuno's attacks.
G. Articuno is strong against G. Zapdos thanks to it's Psychic type.
While G. Zapdos is supposingly the better pokemon in competitive battles, it have weaknesses to both the other two birds.
I lso just want to note that Zacian is stupidly strong. I picked Shield and nearly lost to Hop in the last battle simply because Zacian had a move to counter my entire team. It's also one of the fastest pokemon in the game and it starts the battle with +1 attack.
Zamazenta have barely any moves to use or cover itself. It got Iron Head which turns into Behemoth Bash in Crowned Shield form, but that is pretty much it... I think it get's Close Combat, but it's only neutral against Zacian who is also faster and hit harder with a better fighting move... Zamazenta gets Fire Fang, but it's just weak... While Zamazenta is immune to poison and have resistance to Dragon, Eternatus gets fire type moves which are strong against both Zacian and Zamazenta. Zacian is still faster and immune to all of Eternatus's STAB moves.
I'm starting to believe that Zacian carried Zamazenta through the events of the Darkest Day, they didn't work together.
Zamazenta really needs to get Body Press as a move.
I really like how some trios weren’t meant to be balanced. The Hoen trio is almost too close to being actually balanced even you consider this.
10:08 "And that would be the Regi Trio from the Hoenn region."
Me: For now.
Most of the regions: have trios
crown tundra : hold my dynamax adventure
haha yes but that's been a thing since ORAS where Hoopa made shenanigans with all the portals :)
What I never got was how Primal Kyogre remained mono-water, but that may just be as it becoming Water-Ice could be a neat counter to Fire-Ground Groudon.
Plus, it means each of them has two weather effects- Sandstorm and Heat for Groudon, Rain and Hail for Kyogre.
I might be more alone on this one, but I don't really consider the Gen 8 legendaries as a real trio. Rather, I think Zacian and Zamazenta are a legendary duo, with Eternatus being a standalone legend that they fought against in the past. Honestly they don't have any connection with one another, nor any similarities. It's sort of like saying Kyurem should be related to the Swords of Justice because they've fought Kyurem, at least in that one movie.

4:10 So you're fine bringing up the changes to type match ups when it comes to Dialga, but not for Articuno?
Xerneas should have been Fairy/Grass.
It gives life (when I think of life, I think of nature), it’s dormant form is a tree, it would match up with Dark/Flying which works more with Zygarde’s order motif. Both life and destruction should not outdo each other, as the world would then be unbalanced. For the theme of the whole trio, I think it would work better if Xerneas were Fairy/Grass
Another cool video 🤙🏽 Articuno is my favorite too ❤️
hold up, the galarian birds are real? I thought that was a fever dream
Finally. A comparison where the Regi's aren't at the bottom. This is a glorious day.
Gen 1 easily cause of Zapdos alone. Reasoning us that Zapdos goes hitting both of the other birds for weakness cause of its Electric typing. Galarian Zapdos is unable to Galarian Moltres for weakness as Fighting is resisted by Flying whilst Fighting is weak to Articuno's new Psychic typing.

Ah yes I forgot I am quite an idiot
Liking this comment because you're first but you don't say it
I think we've sadly lost Generation 8's challenge thanks to Game Freak's focus on getting everyone up to speed on the competitive aspect of Pokemon. I think it has the worst imbalance of legendary trios available, and a good chunk of the issues stem from Eternatus being both Poison and Dragon. At least we have a legendary Poison Type now, but I hope the next set of mainline games isn't so heavily focused on competition as much as it is with storytelling or gameplay.
(While you can count Ultra Beasts all you want, I do not count them as "Legendary Pokemon" because the Alolan Pokedex treats them as "Special Pokemon." This, combined with the fact that Type: Null and Silvally share the same background as both the Tapu (which deserve the legendary status because they are the Guardians of Alola and have been actively spoken of or praised/feared) and the Ultra Beasts, prevents me from counting Poipole and Naganadel (by the way, it evolves into another Ultra Beast, which is more of a special trait, unlike Solgaleo/Lunala, where their previous forms do not have attacks and take significantly longer to evolve) as legendary Poison-type Pokemon. Besides, the idea of the Poison aspect of Eternatus being his connection to Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing by plaguing Pokemon with Dynamax energy sounds a lot more feasible for a Legendary Pokemon to have, in my opinion.)
to be fair it kinda make sense lore wise the wolves beat Eternatus centuries ago
Don't forget though that regice in a few of the games can learn focus blast through tm which makes use of it's special attack which is twice as strong as its attack stat. It would still probably not fair well since it's defense is weaker but might give it more of a chance.
Edit: forgot to specify it learns it via tm

Dont see Eternatus as part of the Sword/Shield Duo/Trio
me neither
I consider the dogs as part of the "royal quartet" as I call it. the sword (zacian), the shield (zamazenta), the armor (urshifu) and the crown (calyrex)
Except the base stats are weird with 2 of them being 670 1 being 550 and calyrex probably being a base 600 legend
He is, their trio is based on Knights/Kings/Heroes slaying a dragon like in a fairy tale, hes the final enemy of the two of them, hes a dragon type like each final member of the main trio has been (save for Necrozma who gains the dragon type) and hes the third legendary of the game, we dont get any other legendaries until the DLCs
Theyre also directly related as each time Eternatus threatens unova the wolves defeat him, once again refering to the heroes slaying the dragon
The weather trio for sure. Primal Groudon and Kyogre are busted. And Mega Rayquaza is even more broken
I think by unbalenced you mean that some pokemon in the trio outclass the other pokemon in type and overall stats so Kyogre beats Groundon, Rayquaza also beats Groundon and Zapdos beats the other 2 birds in terms of type advantages.
And movepools, and even lore sometimes, (even though most of them are pretty even power-wise in-universe.) So yeah if one is clearly always the winner, and one is clearly always the loser that seems out of balance to me...
What was that little note about X Y Z leggies being available in-game? What game and how do you get them? I haven't heard about this anywhere
Couldn't even find a mention of this on Serebii. Please explain.
“If there’s one thing the Pokémon company loves, it’s legendaries”
*Proceeds to show a picture of mythicals*
Well technically mythicals are special legendaries. It’s similar to squares and rectangles
cuz all squares are rectangles but a rectangle isnt necessarily a square. all mythicals are legendaries but not all legendaries are mythicals
A square is a rectangle while a rectangle isn't a square. So, a mythical is a legendary while a legendary is not necessarily a mythical
@Random Person I'm not mathematically inclined, but that's not how I remember it...so I looked it up and this is what I found: A rectangle is a 2D shape in geometry, having 4 sides and 4 corners. Its two sides meet at right angles. Thus, a rectangle has 4 angles, each measuring 90 ̊. The opposite sides of a rectangle have the same lengths and are parallel.
As far as I can tell it doesn't say anything about the sides needing to be different lengths.

So how would the XYZ trio's balance shift if Perfect Zygarde is taken into account?
It wouldn't change. Zygarde still retains the dragon ground typing and doesn't get any new moves. It ultimately loses its Aura Break ability for more bulk
In lore it becomes stronger and can defeat the other two but in gameplay...
Well, we see how much the gameplay cares for Arceus' lore

Galarian Zapdos looks like a one headed doduo with a fearow head
“Tapu Fini has it the hardest.”
Tell that to VGC19 Ultra Series. Tapu Fini was considered to be the undisputed champion of Tapus in that format.
No idea what this series was is or how that specific tapu is weak against the others, but it’s evident you’re comparing the acidity of lemons and apples where he’s counting seeds. It’s likely that Fini has a good general balance against other Pokémon that the other tapus would be weak against, but he is specifically comparing how they would fight each other.

Doesn't Zacian outspeed Eternatus?
@@zero123alpha6 Well Zacian just OHKOs eternatus since he outspeeds him
Zacian actually dumps Eternatus with or without weapon.
Eternatus is genderless! Why do we keep calling genderless Pokemon he or she?
I'm new on this channel and I wanted to ask, is the intro song from Pokémon Ranger?
It is the Route 4 theme from X and Y, mainly recognized from the Daycare area...
Emperor Cubone ooooh thanks, haven't played much X/Y, thought it was from Shadows of Almia😅
Oh those birds weren't fanart
they were literally in the trailer.....
@@loveruwi implying I watch trailers
@@mr.wonderfulwisdomouswonde2991 I mean the contents of the trailer was literally everywhere
@@loveruwi don't know how but the only thing I knew about the crown tundra is the new regis
i think legendaries always having trios is like, with two one of them would likely have a typing advantage, so it would be unblanced, four is an evil number in japan, five or more would be just too much for grouping in legendaries, three just works
7:54 stall breaker yveltal easily destroys literally any zygarde.
Use taunt to shut down set up, then toxic, then spam roost and attack occasionally.
Of course not every yveltal you run into will be stall breaker so yveltal can still lose.
As for xerneas the absolute worst it can do is stop the geomancy. It will still die though.
The galar doggos are more unbalanced than this. It's something that really bugs me, but zamazenta is kind of a budget zacian. Their move pool is really similar, and Zamazenta, the shield Pokemon, really doesn't have any means of sustain. The only healing move is rest, which you'd have to drop 50 stat points to use with a berry. Protect isn't even exclusive between them! Heck, Zacian's typing is even better defensively!!! One less weakness and one more resistance!
Seriously, they did Zam dirty. He should've been a straight wall with recovery, set up, haze, the works. His signature move should've nullified opponents stat buffs and partner debuffs instead of being a copy paste of Zacian's. Let his ability buff both defenses so it helps against Eternatus's primary attacking type! If there's a time to steal a signature moves, it's giving the literal king's shield, the move kings shield!!! And that's coming from someone who loves Aegislash!
Why yes, I am salty. How could you tell?
A pretty good equal starter combo is
Fire-Dragon
Grass-Rock
Water-Bug
not as neutral as you think, fire/dragon is 4x resistant to grass, stab rock beats fire/dragon and water/bug, fire/dragon resist bug while grass is weak, the rest are neutral
YouDontSay Jon you know any better types i could use for my fake region instead?
@@doorico8577 Water/Fairy, Grass/Fighting, Fire/Steel.
Basically: Primarina, Breloom, Heatran, but with more balanced stats between them.
And inb4 someone says that Water resists Steel-- yes, but the point of Steel is almost always its _resistances_ rather than its STAB.
A bulky Fire/Steel starter would be heckin' good outside of its triangle, if not also in direct competition for top spot. Stat distribution and movepool matters.
Andrew S. Greig thanks!
You forgot the legendary rodents:
Bidoof
Ratatta
Patrat
THEY'RE NOT LEGENDARIES! THEY'RE COMMON POKEMON! AND IT'S RATTATA, NOT RATATTA!
@@Amelia4111 they also forgot the legendary cave trio
Zoombat
Duglet
Paris
This cubone dude is nice he should do a voice reveal!
6:05 Ah yes. Landorus and its excellent selection of STAB flying moves.
He said articuno will loose to moltres and zapdos but hes an ice type not only zapdos can counter articuno and moltres BUT ARTICUNO CAN DO THE SAME ICE COUNTERS FLYING
bassicaly this is it
Moltres Counters Articuno (Fire
Vs ice Fire wins)
Articuno Counters Zapdos ( Ice vs Flying and Electric Depends on what moves your using soooo draw?)
Zapdos Counters Moltres ( Electric Vs Fire/Flying Electric Wins Again Vs Articuno It Depends on what moves ur using)
Sooooo yeah
Zapdos is faster, sooo....

Can you do a community post on who’s the strongest out of the king and steed trio?(Calyrex,Glastrier,Spectrier)
I wished Galarian Moltress Got Adaptibility
I totally thought about the Regi trio and forgot about the Box Legends, backwards of what you had lol.
Yveltal, the biggest sore loser.
It works though. I'm siding with it over the other two in a fight to the death
Thinking of an arena fight between regirock, regice, registeel, regileki, regidrago and regigigas, it would be surprisingly epic
3..2..1..GO
immediately regirock hurls a Boulder twords regice which leaves regice brutally wounded, but still alive. Registeel than uses the opportunity the smash regirock into the ground before rushing twords regice to finish the job.
Regileki than swoops in with blinding speed hoping to get the jump on regice or registeel, but is caught like a bug in the crossfire. Regice is smashed into peices.
Regileki than has a surge with registeel, before regidrago fires a Lazer. Registeel notices it and pulverizes regidrago like a hero in a fantasy novel. Regigigas finally gets going to join the brawl, almost matching regileki and registeel, but not quite. Finally, after a long battle, registeel pulverizes regigigas and regileki into oblivion. Registeel wins.
Aw, my money was on Regieleki, but that makes sense too I guess...
THERE SHOULD BE 3 E'S IN REGIELEKI!
Long story short. The regis suck. What story? don't ask.
Hey they're ok in like pu sometimes. LEAVE REGI ALONE!
@@kvetchenfinks7044 which regi?
@@watersheep5535 Reggie Fils-Aimé
Registeel is ok I guess
@@Buttington_Headerson yeah but he beats all the other regis 10 fold since steel is broken. Not that great but better than the other ones. (especially regice why did they make him so garbage with that typing)
3:45 OKAY, I know its not only competitive and we are not considering other pokemon
but its not even funny how primal kyogree gets humiliated by mega ray and primal groudon
and about counters again, mega ray has some of the best coverage moves with espeed, hydro, eq, vcreate, ascent AND can hold an item to counter oposing zacian such as a scarf or a sash
groudon is the best zacian counter by far, its a safe switch on water moves, its the third best wall physical wall in the game after zygard and necrozma dm, have some of the best support moves to be the best lead mon (rocks and twave) and puts a lot of pressure on any oposing mon with incridible atack And spatk, with cover from overheat, preciple blades, rock tomb/stone miss for ho-ohs
kyogree the best it can do is calm mind, thunder, rest, pulse/spout and ice beam, its an amazing mon, but it aint countering nothing in the meta, gets 2hkod by groudons blades so it cant switch in, cant reliably counter mega rayquaza if it has a sash, cant reliably counter yveltal since dmax is in the game (natdexag), cant counter necrozma, zacian, calyrex, ditto (if its rest and no thunder)
some sets can counter marshadow but its not the best at it
kyogree is just the worst of the three
The most unbalanced trio is the aura trio xerneas has geomancy and a type advantage against yveltal and zygarde
Zygarde is weak to both Xerneas and Yveltal as well. Zygarde's Dragon typing is weak to Xerneas' Fairy, and the Ground typing is weak to Yveltal's Flying.
@@TornaitSuperBird Ground isn't weak to flying though. Flying does neutral damage against ground types, it's just that flying is immune to ground type moves (unless your thousand arrows).
Trubbish and Garbodor I actually never knew that. Thanks.
Eternatus has one of the most brutal forms of coverage against it's trio brethren with Flamethrower
"if there's one thing pokémon company loves, it's legendarys" - shows a picture of mythicals
Likely deliberate, as a middle finger to people petty enough to insist on this distinction.
Mythicals are legendaries
