10:25 _"The less hygienic you think the vendor is, the greater the food is going to taste."_ - Tez on street food. This advice applies to most one-person street vendors around the world, from roasted peanuts sold in cones made of old newspapers along the Corniche in Abu Dhabi to the burger sellers by the N18 bus stop in Central London 😂
When were these episodes shot? Also, is it possible to show an episode that looks at a traditional bengali household meal when guests come over (The nasta, the mains and then the desserts and take a non-bengali to experience it). One day old long beans or broad beans and meat. Shatkora and meat. Hilsha Eggs, tenga and shutki and bengali tea made from evaporated milk or nido powder, cake rusk.
Had to stop and comment on: '....Hendon.. a bit of a dusty end, tbh...' 😂 Right - back to the video. Had to stop again. '...Is that because Bengalis can't afford spoons?...' 'Bengalis have the fastest growing economy in South Asia, and Pakistan has no government...' 😂 Going back to video. Had to stop again. '... I'm a basic koothi..' 😂 Nailed it. Especially about palauo and biryani. Continuing with video. Stopping again as I'll forget. Tez is spot on about trash home cooked food in PK. And about killer street food like bun kebab. But making sure to have planned a week off. 😂 '... loon bae...' 😂 Back to video. This is the best food review I've seen in ages. Good banter, superb food knowledge. And lots of chat I could relate to. Definitely an 8/8 !!
Plain Roti is unleavened aata cooked on stove top, khareeri roti in leavened, with aata cooked in tandoor, whereas naan is leavened, with maida and has added yoghurt and fat in the dough, cooked in tandoor.
Brother Tez, you've let us down, at least defend Nihari and Pakistani Biryani. What's the matter with you? I'm not pleased with the comments made by E...not my favourite desi omedian in the UK 😂
This needs to blow up
And this series get some traction
Keep it up the views will come!
Part two Kebabish original blackburn
Can't believe Tez hasn't dragged him up north to the real Kebabish!

your favorite Austrian likes this ❤
He's right. The home cooked food in Pakistan is not as good. But village food is out of this world
But he is a coconut if he thinks western desert is better... more healthy, perhaps 😅

Really fun show, loved Tez and your dad. Hate you
Nando’s with knife and folk please. This is my local and the Nihari is excellent
It's true.
Nihari.
Hendon 😃
I'm sure there are some apnay - not these two lads I'm sure - who would invite their Dad along so he can pick up the bill. #CanjuiceApnay
Nihari is nice, paye - no, just no. Karahi is the ultimate type of curry.

Tez with the worst takes on Mr Whippy and Asian desserts.
