    The Davanta Adams scenario is what i’m looking for to show my son. My son weighs roughly 150 pounds, so i notice that DB’s are trying to be physical with him

    6:13 coach I like thinking about touching the ground but not physically just getting my hand low enough to touch the ground this helps me out a lot and I’ve noticed that I can get out my breaks faster and smoother and I feel more power being able to push out of the break back to the ball

    I work so hard on my routes and technique I’m a perfectionist and I have seen a improvement in my routes by just focusing on the little things on the routes like snapping down on mid foot , not reaching ,staying low , pulling elbow through. I feel like I can make it pro if I keep focusing on the things other guys don’t want to take time to learn of feel like it won’t make a difference

      No doubt, the little details are what separate you from the competition and you gotta love the process of building On it

      Just have to keep working man- need to treat everyday as a challenge and as another day to impress them in every aspect. You have to go 100mph on everything you do and do the absolute best you can do. Cannot cut any corners

      Yessir coach. I started watching you around 60-70k(ik you don’t necessarily care about your amount of subs I’m jus saying this is when I started watching you consistently) and ever since I started watching you, everything about my game is 2x better. All your videos are perfectly explained and it helps me understand what I need to do better. My coaches notice how good my footwork,etc is so I just wanted to say thank you.

    Coach what happens if I’m a wr who does everything I need to do to be number 1 wr my routes are clean and quick ,my hands are good , I have IQ and I’m studying and watching film , knowing my installs and assignments but still I’m not touching the field what may be the reason ?? Not saying this is my case now but in the past I felt like I was ready and it didn’t go my way

      Prolly bad coaching or you’re not just showing out hard enough for coaches to notice you

    • @firstdowntraining
      @firstdowntraining  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Receiver can be like that at first because you may just not get the ball thrown to you or get enough chances- you just have to stay ready. Guys who are truly working hard will eventually get their chance. It may not happen right away but it’s a test- you have to keep workin even when things aren’t going your way. Everyone eventually gets a chance
