Just twist the three adjusters all at the same time with your full grip… no need to untwist or tight it one by one unless you determine the height you want already… but great review Man… keep it up…

Yes you can. The ball head that comes with the tripod has the adjustable option.
Is this strong enough to hold Sony A7R2 with Sony 100mm Macro Lens overhead?
Yes it should do and if it’s not stable enough you have the option to put a load on the other end to counter balance it.
£70 is the bare minimum for DSLRs IMO, i've got decent tripods at that price point which are stable and well built to handle my 5lbs DSLR setup

this thing functionally is perfect for me, but it seems they replaced it with a plasticy model that just looks low quality and fragile.
This tripod is too clutch. Especially when you’re not ready to buy a C Stand
