Then you would use a part that would slowly decrease that number until it reaches zero.This is the same for making the train accelerate but add numbers and have a reasonable limit for it to stop at or it will keep increasing speed. 6. The easiest way to make train equipment is to find how long and wide the real thing is then find a calculator that coverts it to roblox studs. then make a part that size and work off of that. By the way its not to hard to get the Railfanning script to send a message in the chat that says the train symbol of the train that spawned. I prefer this method better because it is better for filming videos. It does not get in the way of the screen. There is also ways to make it randomly generate the locomotives and cars but its very complicated and requires a high understanding of scripting.
I recommend figuring out how long the locomotive is and how wide it is then figure out how many roblox studs that is and make a base for it to work off of then it will be easier.
@@RailfanUS I pretty much start of with a very bare frame of the locomotive. I then start putting the doors in and details. I don't have insanely realistic radiators because I try to limit lag but it works fine. I also do not have cab interiors.

You can use RO scale models. I somehow found very realistic Dash 9s in all sorts of paint schemes
There would be problems with the track model you use, however. Unless if you also size the RO-Scale tracks too.

If you have two tracks*
Line 1 in the trainscript, put multiple train names seperated by a comma and place the other train on the corresponding track
