Sir,
In bcom llb 3rd year honours course we want to select subject one in this list 1) constitution law 2) business law 3) ipr which one is good and best sir
And in elective subject we want to choose 1) law, poverty
Or 2) food law? Each one subject want select sir which is good?
For core subjects, Constitutional Law is the best choice as it forms the foundation for legal studies and is highly relevant for all areas of law.
For electives, Law and Poverty is a better option if you're interested in understanding social justice issues. However, Food Law is unique and can be useful if you're leaning towards corporate or niche legal fields. Choose based on your career goals!
Constitutional Law: Strong foundation for judiciary exams, legal practice, or academic research. Relevant for public law, rights-based cases, and governance roles.
Business Law: Great for corporate law, legal advisory roles, or business-related legal careers. Helps if you're aiming for internships or jobs in companies.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Ideal if you're interested in tech law, startups, or creative industries. A niche field with growing demand in patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
Law and Poverty: Develops skills in public interest litigation and social justice advocacy. Good for NGOs, government roles, or pro-bono legal work.
Food Law: Suitable for careers in regulatory compliance, food safety, and corporate advisory. A specialized subject with opportunities in multinational food industries and legal consultancy.
Choose based on your long-term interests-Constitutional Law + Law and Poverty for public service, or Business Law/IPR + Food Law for corporate/legal specialization.
