If i tried to go in my Russian hive without a suit and smoke i would probably need an ambulance i cant go outback for more than 10 minutes without getting stung mine are extremely aggressive and i couldn't find a mite and i only treated once a couple months ago i read they chew the legs off the mites and groom each other ...my Russians are very mean i might move them to my moms less people..lol...i cant believe you didn't get stung matbe because they don't have alot of honey to protect...my Russian queen lays alot of brood i keep straling frames of brood for weaker hives...looks like you have a couple more than last year❤❤
Yeah I seen your videos on them and that's why I've been checking. Lol. But then I seen the RHBA say they are just like all the other bees. If you get a mean Hive then requeen it. So the jury is still out in my apiary on them. But so far I love a whole lot about them. Did you have trouble introducing your Queens?
@@strutt01 so far the 1 that stung me 7 times swarmed so I bought a saskatraz queen from ohb and she must not have been mated she is laying now...the Russians are producing alot of honey the more it fills up the meaner they get and she lays alot of brood pattern is almost the whole frame
