You may need with snow a water proof ground barrier under your bed to keep your feet dry getting in or out bed. Scott

Stove looks great! Maybe find 3 flat rocks or metal to act as a spacer and set your pot on that food won’t be as likely to burn as quick

You can mount a heat fan horizonal to your exhaust tube and it will force air down. That is what I did

Nice setup! The only recommendation I can make is one you're aware of.. a tent fan. They make ones that can run off a battery bank. You may also want to get a smallish tarp for once it snows. Nice to have a dryish "floor" to walk around on/set things on.

With a segmented chimney they are normally strong enough to strap one of those fans you have that is heat powered to it pointing down which would also spread the heat out.
Would be perfect for a weekend trip but a lot of work for over night.

I ended up with a Pomoly stove and a diesel heater in my mix... Installed them in my truck. They changed the game for sure.
I live by Lincoln. If you could use some help or tips and pointers for the install, drop me a line.
I've been thinking hard about a diesel heater for the truck, the next couple of days are going to be so cold i'll definitely have to plug in the truck somewhere to camp comfortably

I would have some type of pad on the ground you could wrap the bottom of the tent around to keep the draft out and keep your feet off the cold ground.

If you want that fan to blow the air down, you could fabricate a metal bracket to attach it to the stove pipe. They're generally really light and I've seen it done before. Just an idea.
Another thing to note is that you don't want them on the hottest part of your stove. Set them off to the side a bit to make sure they don't overheat. If they do, they can burn out.

Awesome tent. I have one also. I have the inner for it. Tub bottom and bug net for half the tent to use it for all the seasons.
