Bulb replacement in front courtesy light and reading lights on Vectra C/Signum (Opel, Vauxhall)

This would have been very easy if the transparent housing wasnt permanently attached. Are you sure that all vectras C had same mounting of the transparent part?

@@cetoouut9431 i have Vectra C 2009 1,8 petrol. I have to used a lot of force to get it out. My fingers ached. There are small sheet metal and the holds.

@@cetoouut9431 I've just used a flat blade screwdriver, pressed and levered very hard and eventually got one corner out. Slowly levered around the others and got it out undamaged, but what a struggle!

I want to change Opel interior lights to led but when the door is closed, lamp is blingking slightly.
How to prevent it?

Use vaseline on all contacts.
