    I have the same problem. Can not understand what is signal for stop motor. I opened this walve opener and found out that gear tooth is broken. It does not appear that this was due to any physical resistance. I'm still wondering where the signal comes from to shut off the motor before it breaks the gear teeth...

    Would you say a PTC resettable fuse would work the same?

      Slower, weaker, does not break up

      I was talking to an electronist and he said a 0.1A PTC resetable fuse would work great. I found the DC motor's specifications and he looked at them, that's how the conclusion was made.

      What 0.1A PTC? PTC a resistor....how Amper?

      I can be talking about 2 measurements that involve Amps, trip and hold.

    Hi there, I have similiar problem.

    Thing is, yesterday i took off the gloove box, and found those wires to be cut off. After I connected them, I found the gear working like in video. I tried search for how this controller should be working. Is it broke, that it makes sound like it? Is the current pole right? Should it be in open possition at start? Any help would be appreciated... 😇
    P. S. After changing air flow and temperature, it doesnt open anytime. But when I change pole, it just opens.. It seems like gear is working, but it looks something strange about it...
