    I agree.. I feel sometimes I wake up and feel- why am I pleasing society expectations? I know my worth and I know I’m a kind person.. sometime staying still in nature gives you all the answers you need. It’s Earth that give us the elements to be calm, aware and live gracefully. Thank you for this video ❤

      Thank you for your kind comment. I agree, it’s Earth that give us the power of peace and calmness. I was struggling as well whether to fit in with the mass which I suppose I couldn’t fit in, or doing the things I believe that are meaning for myself. And I also met a lot of challenges in my way to follow my calling - a want to find a modern way to help the local arts to pass down, but sometimes even my local families could not understand. Until I realize this is not only a calling for me, but a calling of this land, from the Mother Nature. I can then feel firm and powerful to follow my path. Thank you so much for your comment, just inspiring. Sending you love from the Himalaya.

      I‘m German and I have to say: even in the German countryside, you live a very normal and modern life. You still need a proper job there and the living standards are high. Bigger towns / cities are never that far away. If you mostly want to come
      for the landscape/view + because you are from a bigger city and dislike the crowded atmosphere, then you would definitely be happy. If you would come in the hope to go on the same kind of „leaving-my-modern-life-behind“ kind of journey, Germany will definitely be the wrong place for that. Her current lifestyle would be a complete change for every German. I mean- you could definitely live some kind of spiritual life, but the society wouldn’t do the same and most likely just judge you. I don‘t want to ruin and expectations, I just don‘t want you to get disappointed 🥺

    • @Veronica-pz4gw
      @Veronica-pz4gw 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@rosepark2669 Thank you for your input. I am definitely planning on having a “normal” job. I am into teaching history, and I’d do that regardless of living rural or not. And to be fair, in my opinion, modern German society, especially non-Bavarian society, threw out their culture in hopes to become “modern and cool” like America. I think Germans judge Bavarians because we are sort of hicks 😉. So, I don’t care about being judged by city dwellers and immigrants.

    I’m 18, and I really wish to do the same thing you are. I just don’t feel I’m ever reaching my *full* potential of happiness living how society has intended.
    I hunt, and fish, and hike often thanks to the teachings of my dad. Sadly I don’t get to do those things as much as I wish, but when I’m out there in the mountains or even helping on the family friend’s ranch I feel at peace. I feel fulfilled for those moments, yet I haven’t gotten them to last, because I must return to the stresses of life.

      Why are you harming sentient beings and expecting to live a wonderful life? When you hunt and fish, you’re murdering innocent beings - and that will bring negative karma into your life. You should consider becoming vegan or vegetarian. My dad also taught me to hunt; but there’s no way I would ever harm innocent animals the way he has. All animals want to live - just like humans do.

    In this video,my favorite sentence is "Don't ever feel like your limit is being set by the society, you're always more than what you think."I feel moved and touched absolutely when I listen to it...Recently I watch another video on the red software(a Chinese platform hahaha),and I start to explore what I really want to be in the future.I hear the voice in my deepest heart.I used to keep going under the control of social expectation, and I was always out of energy and felt tired. However, now I realize the voice seems to be there for a long time,no matter how I try to ignore or criticize it,it's just there. It's invaluable.I hope to know more about the voice and myself. Also,I want to find out my potential,my inherent power. This video gives me inspiration.Thankful and grateful!

    I’d wish to do the same, I’ve always felt like modern life did not suit me, and that I’d prefer a calm, peaceful, traditional life like in Tibet, which looks absolutely beautiful, but I’m quite young and I’m studying hard for my exams, my parents and my family count on me and I don’t know if they’d like the fact that I really don’t want to live in today’s society, that I’m more attracted to close-nature life and really feel being alive instead of repeating the cycle sleep-eat-work-eat-work-eat-work-sleep. That’s not the true purpose of living, and what you did is truly inspirational. It looks really beautiful and I’d love to spend my life there, but I don’t know, after all I don’t even live in Asia, I’m European and I don’t speak a word of Tibetan. Would I fit in? I know it’d be worth it as a lifestyle, I know I’d like to live this way, but would my relative like that? Wouldn’t they call me a failure because I choose a different life? So many hesitations. If someday I make my choice, I hope I’ll go the right way.

    Treating yourself to a break in the Himalayas is pure self-love and the best way to find yourself.
    In 2006, psychologist Rudolf Sponsel defined spirituality as a more or less conscious preoccupation “with questions about the meaning and value of existence, the world and people, but especially one’s own existence and self-realization in life.”

    Dis made me cry… I’m 21 and have my own apartment and everything has worked out better than I could have dreamed the past couples years, even tho I have felt abuse and pain… the contrast helped my hone into what is wanted after experiencing some unwanted
    But after I tried to kms when I was 13 my god mother took care of me fed me at the mall and bought me 2 books when I didn’t have the money
    Those first 2 books have been the catalyst for my spiritual journey ever since. First they made me lucid dream then accidentally astral projected which solidified my already belief that we are spiritual energetic beings just living in physical bodies that took billions of years of biological evolution.
    And because of them I always said I’m going to live on a Tibetan mountain… over time location has changed, I’ve travelled to Croatia or wanted to live Sweden Greece ect, but this video is depicting one of my earliest foundational dreams. Thank you for sharing

    This is beautiful. This video made me cry. The things you said were so true and emotionally liberating in a spiritual sense. I live in a city and when I lay on the grass in my garden, look at the sky with the moving clouds and trees above me. Listen to the intense sound of the soft wind with the magical music of the birds. Then everything goes in slow motion, my troubles get carried away with the breeze. I feel I’m one with nature. Like I’m not alone. These moments of inner peace with nature are so powerful🪷 I would love to live in a Tibetan village, the Feng shui must be so powerful there☯️ By the way you’re very beautiful, so is your lovely rich black hair 🦢

    How amazing, but a true fact that just going into nature is healing bc it aligns you with the ability to hear and feel your soul, provides clarity to receive answers. Something you cannot easily do while living under pressure demands, deadlines and strife in the lives the rest of us may live. We are all programmed to believe we must make more, do more to have more until you realize that happiness is not found there. Then you start asking yourself, "How much more do I really need?" Truth is, we need less stuff and more experience of purpose, the deeper meaning of life, as in genuine peace, authentic people, finding the higher self and highest frequency that connects us to God, the universe, nature, for total enlightenment. All the rest is just noise that disrupts and tosses us off that track, it's pure poison, of which, leads to health issues, illness, disease and death bc for being on that negative vibrational frequency. In the mid 90's, I would have loved doing something like this to save myself a lot of grief. You were correct to leave while still young ... before all of it drained and aged you. Many blessings to you for showing your experience to the rest of the world. Some may chuck their lives here for a similar path. Namaste 🙏💖💫🌎
