alot of the problems plaguing the world today can be attributed to the british 'divide and rule' strategy when they left their colonies. China-india and india-pakistan problems are two such examples.
As an Indian you should be keenly aware that this isn’t the Chinese homeland, but rather an independent, temporarily-occupied nation, which the Chinese use to apply geopolitical and strategic pressure on India’s northern borders. Tibet is the sacred homeland of a proud and peaceful people who protected and perfected Indian Buddhism for thousands of years while India was under assault and subjugated by aggressive and brutal Islamic and British expansion, which has always been a close partner of India in trade and philosophy, rather than a constant and perfidious geopolitical rival. The Tibetan Empire was an regional superpower during the early Middle Ages, even defeating the Tang empire and occupying its capital, until both it and the Chinese were subsumed by the Mongols, and within the religiously liberal Mongol sphere of influence, Tibet enjoyed a more or less independent and flourishing existence within an equal partnership based on the traditional “priest-patron” (མཆོད་ཡོན, chö-yön) relationship, the Mongol and Manchurian emperors being the patron, or earthly, temporal rulers of the kingdom, while the Tibetans under the Dalai Lama represented the opposite and equal half of the relationship, the priest, or heavenly, spiritual rulers of the kingdom. This relationship lasted until the Qing state collapsed, at which point Tibet declared its absolute independence once again, as many world nations did in this period, which it retained until it was brutally invaded by the Chinese in the 40s and 50s, its people and patrimony subject to genocide and cultural erasure as part of the Maoist “cultural revolution”. It remains occupied to this day, and the Chinese regime continues to oppress the Tibetans and destroy their cultural life, landmarks, and legacy, jailing, killing, or forcing into harsh state labor camps any Tibetans who exercise their natural religious freedom and loyalty to His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama, and transporting vast amounts of ethnic Han workers and colonists to occupy and transform Tibetan cities into “Disneyfied” hollow amusement parks for tourists to make videos like this one. Tibet is in no way the “homeland” of this TH-camr. It is a recently-occupied, peace-loving independent nation that shares deep cultural and historical bonds with India, while the occupier is India’s greatest and most minacious geopolitical rival.
@@AvanaVana Buddhism first appeared in Indus Valley not in India. Buddha Gotama wasn't Indian. India didn't even exist as a country at the time of his death or legendary death, there were many individual Indian kingdoms but they were south of Indus Valley. Buddhism started in Indus Valley which was a part of Persia empire at the time. The oldest Buddhist manuscripts are found in Ghandara, a place in ancient Persia at the time, later the Greeks took over Gandhara from Persia and ruled it. Under the Greek-rule Ghandara was where first world's Buddha figure was created, this is why the oldest Buddha figures are found in Ghandara. Alexander the Great was in that region to invade India, the Greeks and Indians were enemies. Greeks didn't respect Indians, they viewed them as inferior. Persians too had also attacked Indians, the Persians captured and occupied large parts of areas now known as northern India. This is known as Aryan invasions or Aryan migration. DNA studies show northern Indians carry higher frequency of European Y-DNA, confirming ancient written records of invasions by Aryans now known as Iranians. The term Iranian came from the term Aryan. Ancient records say Buddha Gotama had blue eyes and short hair curls, he was a nomadic tribe prince who abandoned the nomadic warrior lifestyle and become a peaceful guru, this is why he was called Sakamumi, meaning teacher of Saka tribe. Saka is a well known and documented Aryan nomadic warrior tribe in a Persia ruled region. India claims Buddha Gotama was a prince in Shakya, a place of Indians in today's northeast India, but the big problem is Shakya was not a kingdom, it had no king, so therefore no prince, because Shakya was a republic. In fact, Shakya is the world's earliest republic on record. Furthermore, the oldest Buddhist manuscripts were not written in Indian sanskrit but in ancient Persian language, Kharosthi script, a writing used by Saka but not Indians.
I went to Lhasa when I was in college, at age 20. I remember the shock to the system when I got off the plane from Chengdu. I also recall the blinding sun. I am 41 now, quite overweight, and I don't know if I could handle such altitude. Tuiwa for sure would be out of my limit. Glad I had the chance to visit, Tibet is so wonderfully beautiful!
Embarking on a high-altitude journey is incredibly brave. In the United States, your blood oxygen levels would qualify for ICU admission:)). This is an incredible video. There is a little detail which really shocks me. That instant noodle is only 5 yuan, which is pretty much the same price as the rest of the country. That is really astonishing if you know how difficult it is to transport any kind of goods to this remote place. No price gouging at all. This is a true demonstration how kind Tibetans are.
Even if they charge double, considering it's 5000 meter up and hundreds of kilometers from a big city, I won't even mind the price. A bottle of water has different price by a river and the dessert 😅

Tibet is in no way the “homeland” of this TH-camr. It is a recently-occupied, peace-loving independent nation that shares deep cultural and historical bonds with India, while the occupier is India’s greatest and most minacious geopolitical rival.

@@AvanaVana endian-occupied Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh..... why is endian Tibet Dalai Lama not given back his ''Kingdom..'""
@@ssrae-2229There is no need to discuss with this Indian. They will always think they are right!
@@AvanaVana
Buddhism first appeared in Indus Valley not in India.
It's so delightful to witness the local residents enjoying a clean, affluent lifestyle with modern facilities, and the camaraderie among them. This experience mirrors what I've felt in any ethnic minority region in China.
6:26 Such a stunning place. What a great thing that commerical drones have made shots like this so readily achievable.
Yan ....you are a truly talented young lady....your drone shots and accompanying music is just beautiful ( in all your videos)...keep them coming !!!
Just love this beautiful video.. thanks for sharing this rare scene of Tibetan Buddhism and Village.. Salute your courage to film this wonderful video at such heights 👍👏🙏🇨🇳
We just started watching your videos recently and are really enjoying them. They’re always interesting, and you are so genuinely friendly and curious with everyone you meet. Not to mention being quite brave! A pleasure to watch!
Just came across your channel. It's great to see a well-produced series without all of the clickbait, sensationalist garbage that most videos concerning China succumb to. Subscribed!
yan妹妹做这期视频真是好辛苦。
Aloha from Hawaii! I am loving your videos and your style of connecting with people.
Free Hawaii !!! From U.S. c0l0nialism !
The people seem lovely! One of the things I enjoyed greatly in China is how eager people are to share with you, be it food or a cigarette. I've met so many generous people traveling there.
如果在垭口上一般会贵一点,因为运输不太方便,一般县城,村落都通了柏油公路,运输比较方便,价格不会很贵。
@@蔡氏阿九巡遊軌跡兩位說西藏物價住宿很貴……
Even if they charge double, considering it's 5000 meter up and hundreds of kilometers from a big city, I won't even mind the price. A bottle of water has different price by a river and the dessert 😅
Except perhaps for those on govt. pensions, who has 5 yuan in that town?
Is is "never enough for today's video" I could watch 2 hours of your video!! Such nice videography and beautiful landscapes, someday I hope to see it for myself. Again an A++++ video, thank you so much for your videos, they are appreciated very much!!!
I love your tours of China. Than you for showing us this amazing country.
Thank you again Yan Another fantastic video I'm in a euphoric bliss with your drone shots and your choice of music. Absolutely intoxicating ❤
The beautiful village, clean & calm, your effort was so so great, your English very understandable, your sense of humour also great.
Thank You I enjoyed this wonderful trip Frances from Queensland Australia. this is a good education learning about Tibet and the people. Take care till next time.👋🙂
A magical uplifting window into Tibet... with beautiful shots and music. Thank You!!
Your videos always surprise me with your curiosity for the remote and less traveled parts of China and their hidden beauty. I'm an amateur drone flyer so i recognize your professional drone filming skills. Greetings from Australia
You show us the hidden corners of china like no one else. Especially the drone shots are amazing ! Keep on filming and traveling :)
Thank you! Will do!
11:19 The use of cow waste was interesting and new to me. I guess it makes sense for a region which has little to no trees, but has a lot of livestock.
It is essential to Tibetan daily life. You are correct, there are no trees due to harsh weather.
Thanks for yet another video from you. I have since discovered so many interesting facts about little explored China. Cheers from Australia.
The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. Love your choice of music too
You always bring the best content.
The educational value of your videos is always top notch.
You are a fantastic drone pilot and a wonderful teacher.
Thank you!❤
Listening to your speaking while trying to catch your breath, you’re always so honest and real - it’s like we are there with you - so I myself started having trouble breathing 😬
You make beautiful videos, they are like a documentary.
me too ,,I had to gasp for breath to finish watching this video
thank you for showing the world what is happening over there, I am on other side of the world, but with you
The Southern side is beautiful and plenty of trees. All the lakes up there are huge, beautiful country. Good trade with food👍 thanks , be well
You always dont fail your followers, always amazing!!! I dont know if I can endure that high altitude.
And towards the end of this video , Im touch of the generosity of those family , who walked from their far village to the temple , BUT! still they share their foods to you. Incredible deeds 😍😘😗
非常感谢你的这期精彩节目!
简单朴实的vlog,没有容貌焦虑,自信而从容。超喜欢你的视频,加油👏❤
❤️❤️
她根本不需要有容貌焦虑,她很好看很自信很可爱
Congratulation on another great video. And it must be said that you couldn't have asked for better travel companions. The locals were so friendly too.
6:15 the crane's sound give me chill. That is like a blessing from the sky. 辛苦了,缺氧头痛应该也蛮不容易,希望妳在西藏的影片每支都过20万游览❤
The houses and lake looks very beautiful. And, it is amazing that the village and mountain pass have very good infrastructures. This is dream retirement place. Thank you for this video.
风景很美,背景音乐也很美,是一部非常享受的旅游纪录片。

This place is amazing! Thank you so much for showing us
Nice, clean, beautiful and scenic villages in Tibet.
wow. Amazing landscape, never seen something like this before. Thanks a lot.
After watching several of your (marvellous!) Tibet video travelogues, I'm struck by the easy, relaxed, mutually tolerant and friendly relations among the different ethnicities who now live there. The Tibetans you've met are invariably friendly, hospitable and above all at ease with you.
Thank you Yan for another amazing and wonderful episode of Tibet travels.👍💕☮️
Must be exhausting making these videos especially right now, thank you so much for the videos, very beautiful and eye opening ❤
You are amazing!! I love and appreciate all that you post! You are so blessed to o be able to show the world these beautiful places. Bless you. Much love Dee Dee from Cape Town South Africa 😘😘😘😘😘
Wow, the place is so beautiful super clean. Thanks for excellent video.
Thank you for allowing us a glimpse of the border town Yadong and other remote places in Tibet. This is precious especially since foreigners are not allowed to visit independently.
Always heart-warming to see those friendly people you met along the way.
Wish you all a continuous safe and pleasant journey ahead.
More amazing drone photography! Awesome!
Excellent Yan can ! Your videos are getting better your drone shot is great & scenery magnificent you provide us good knowledge about the place & lifestyle of the local thanks YAN hope you have more subscribers
Thanks much for beautiful views, good day !
Your videos are so amazing, you are a brave woman. bringing those corners of the world to us, thank you for that. Warm regards from Brazil.
Western media spread rumors to smear the Chinese government to destroy Tibetan culture, but in fact Tibetan culture is well protected, and Tibet’s economic development is also very good. Even in such a harsh environment, the construction is very beautiful, and roads are built on high mountains.
Amazing places I'll probably never get to see in my life, but worth knowing about. Thank you for sharing.
I have been to the indo Tibetan border many times and always wondered what is there on the other side. Now I am getting a chance to see the beautiful Tibet
Yan looking very cool in her sunglasses!
Thank you very much, Yan, for another very interesting video. Your drone footage always show such spectacular and beautiful scenery.

The landscape and town looks so familiar. You should come to Bhutan 🇧🇹 and do the vlogs series 😊
Wonderful adventure. Keep up the great work

Amazing drone footage!! Thank you for sharing your experience.
The Tibetans are so caring and generous...sharing their food ❤❤
It is very nice of you to give the 3 family member's at 20:31 some oreo cookies and another brand of sweet snack l couldn't see for them given you there homemade pancakes 🥞 , there carless or on foot and looked to walk very far so these snacks should give them good energy for the longer walk home. Nice little Chinese everywhere girl you are & naturally nice too.
It's just wonderful watching your videos. Well done, fun, entertaining and educational.
