I slice the cucumber thinner to give it a more delicate presentation. But chunky has a good mouth feel. BTW I prefer a wood chopping board rather than the polypropylene one like yours which most people use because of the ingested plastic.

I accidently stubbled on this new food idea....I ran out of Dill Dipping Sauce from my veggies and only had some bland Hummus .... so heres the idea.... I added MISO to the Hummus.....BAMB DELICIOUS!!!!!
