The worse thing about that Filipina cheating streamer is that she even had the audacity to stream snipe a small streamer and make fun of his setup’s brand. She also had simps that even up to this day, defends her, but no matter how they defend, she obviously knows she’s guilty.

the reason wallhacks go on/off constantly is bc the game doesn't render them when they're out of your vision, to try and prevent these wallhacks. You can see a lot of them are just showing the character model through walls, bc they literally just show the model rendering in game.
Close, but not quite. The reason that they are disappearing is because of rendering, yes. BUT its for fps optimization, If its being blocked by terrain/props, the game doesn't need to render it since you dont see it. (Something like frustrum or occlusion culling, i think valo uses frustrum.) Wallhacks being affected is a side effect of this culling.
@@jombonidracuz6176 frustum culling is done clientside so the cheat engine can disable it. The server doesn't send the data on players out of view, partly for lower network traffic, and partly to prevent cheating. Frustum culling is a rendering thing tho, so it's not really related

Yeah that's what makes that clip believable to me, it's clear that it was actually affecting how the game rendered players, that's also why the Jett's hands looked weird.
The sad thing is, sometimes people just somehow knew where you are and one-tap while running...but you can't confirm whether they are cheating or not because it can be confused for high skill

Good way to tell is how consistent they are. I’ve seen people play sova and try to shockdart me through walls with zero info every round. That’s why I thought he was cheating. It was too coincidental
ESP is probably one of the worst cheats you can go against it’s so easy to hide it and so hard to detect it

you can get a valorant rank yoinker it will show the ranks of evryone in the lobby, its not bannable because it uses valorant's api which uses information that the server gathers for matchmaking, so if a sussy really good player is like lvl 8 and low elo and going nuts hes smurfing or if its higher ranked and just shitting on you it could be a cheater

People do cheat in low elo, even in casual gamemodes. I actually had my only encounter with a cheater in spike rush. I didn't think anything was fishy but got the cheater detected thing. Wild.

Btw if anyone is interested in the first wall hack going on and off. It’s because riot included „fog of war“ which means your client doesn’t know where the enemy’s are until the server tells it where they are. This is probably decided by FOV and playeractions like shooting, using abilities and picking up weapons etc. but this is a hard oversimplification, there is probably way more to this than those few points.
yeah, although riot acts like it's something new that they invented its actually a very old anti cheat mechanic which many games use
you can tell this is whats happening cos the esp outlines disappear when nothings going on, as soon as they make noise they come back
fog of war used to be so bad it could lag your game since it had to load the textures and LOD models depending on the distance you see the enemy (level of detail), i think its better now i see no lag problems

The reason the cheat "toggles" so often from showing and not showing the enemy, is because the cheat cannot see the enemy. the game does not send the enemy's position to your client unless they are close to a corner or behind a penetrable wall (or revealed by recon) specifically to counteract wallhacking.

The weird toggle with the wallhacks isn't an error on the side of the cheat. The Valorant server only sends the position data of other players that you can see or could see soon (with moving for a second in a certain direction for example) to compensate for ping. So there are moments where the wallhack of the cheater can't show enemies because the server doesn't send the data because the client won't need it anyway right now. This isn't too consistent I guess and that's why you see them sometimes through walls where the things I said in the beginning shouldn't apply. Players could also become visible when the player makes a sound (within the range where you can hear it) or the wall is wallbangable

For real if anyone wants to know:
I'm generally interested in the making of games. Not rendering things you can't see and not sending info about things that don't affect you are typical optimizations. Maybe you noticed before that when looking in certain directions your FPS change by a lot. Or even the frustrating thing of lag the second you see an enemy. It's because suddenly you receive info about a player and have to render them, which before didn't happen.
The hacks that allow you to see through walls are called "ESP" because it's not actually wall hacks, many hack packages have both, but since occlusion planes (and other trickery) can prevent the hack from being able to see the players through walls with a wallhack, they have a different system called "ESP" it uses the "clues" such as sound cues and the last known location of a player to generate an "estimation" of where the player is standing. MOST ESP is just blips that explain where a sound came from and what it was.

@@SherrifOfNottingham Waaaay before Watchdogs buddy. Also Watchdogs shows mostly realistic forms of hacking ironically. Just exaggerated a tad - a lot of the hacks in game can actually be done in real life, though not so much with a smartphone.
CoD and Battlefield had tons of "hackers" - gotta love someone running that instant prestige 10 god mode.
I have seen a cheater banned once when I reported them one time. But one time one of my teammates got banned mid game.
I have had so many blatant cheaters and none of them get banned. It is so annoying.
0:50 it's likely because valorant uses occlusion culling, which stops rendering objects that aren't in your view, for players they will sometimes be rendered through walls probably because the wall is wallbangable (in cs:go the console command "r_drawothermodels 2" in a cheat activated server will show the same thing we're seeing here), or some other reason like level geometry bugging out, or some kind of code that renders players early to avoid bugs surrounding invisible players.
It's cause valorant doesn't send data from the server about players that arent in view, which is slightly different to occlusion culling. Occlusion culling just doesn't render models out of view, which means that cheat engines still have access to the positions and etc. of occlusion culled players. The server just doesn't send the client data about players out of view, so theres no way for the cheat engine to know where they are
in a few weeks of playing ive seen it once, in unranked since i havent touched ranked yet. I don't know if something makes it easy but i find it so weird these high-end games have cheats
I had Cheater Detected in a Spike Rush once. I knew something was up when I got double headshot through a box knowing they had 0 info. Got killed through a Cypher cage and a wall the next 2 rounds, reported and game was ended the following round
as someone comming from TF2 and GW2, I have felt the pain of seeing you're favorite game get slowly killed by cheaters
I once got a wallhack cheater on the enemy team. We had a hunch and decided to hide in corners (Split). Reported him but other than that I don't know what happened. We lost 13-0 in the match (Ranked).
Also the Jett clip at 0:48 is actually "Opposite texturing/ESP" or something like that. Came across this in an actual TH-cam ad while I was watching a Valorant related video. He was promoting his "Cheap" hacks and there he was explaining his system. Basically everything becomes transparent when you're running the cheat.
You know based off this you should do an interview with a cheater like war owl did a while back. Or at least an ex cheat developer. Ask them genuinely why they do it, why other people cheat, maybe how much money is in the cheating world.
Also ask them about how the cheats work, I feel like a lot of the issue of hackusations is that many players assume they know how cheats work, and many of these assumptions are wrong.
Like what you said Eggwick about the cheaters in apex, that aimbot cheats lock onto a single point. I know a little about cheats and I know that even decent, cheap cheats for FPS will have more advanced tweaks for their aimbot than just snapping at heads through the wall.
Those are obviously the clips you see the most, because they're crazy, but many aimbot cheats just assist with the flick, they will only activate when the enemy is within a certain FoV, basically the cheat will only assist your aim, when you're already looking at the enemy. It stops those inhuman looking flicks that will get you reported. There's SO many cheats and settings you can use to cheat "legit" and just get a boost in performance not go 47-4. There's even cheats that don't appear on a stream capture. Unfortunately clara sometimes turns that off ;)
I’ll go ahead and answer this one. I went through a short period of time back in like 2017 that I decided that I wanted to see what was so great about it and why people did it.
I tried cheats only in two games. PUBG and CS:GO. Csgo was the first one I tried and it had plenty of features. Legit bot made you look more legit and had customizable “randomized” features to make it look more legit and not snap to target along a straight line every time. Had FOV that you could set it to be where you at least had to shoot close to the enemy for it to trigger, had choices for what parts of the body to shoot at, and even different settings for different weapon classes. Triggerbot made it to where it didn’t aim for you if you didn’t have an aimbot selected, but would fire when your crosshair was over an enemy’s hitbox. You could also bind the triggerbot to a button so you could use it by holding a button on a mouse for situations that you wanted it enabled, but then not use it if you didn’t hold that button any more.
Ragebot was specifically for the “I don’t care” type of person where you could spinbot and everything like that. Even had features to attempt to make it more difficult for other players on the enemy team with cheats to try to lock on to certain hitboxes on your character. Silent aim didn’t even have to be looking in the right direction with the camera for it to shoot that way.
Visual settings were kind of cool/crazy. Could show ESP, outline skeletons, draw boxes, draw grenade tracers before you throw them, show armor, show weapons (including how many was left in their mag), who had bomb, etc.
It was pretty crazy to have that kind of intel on the enemy team with so many customizable options to suit your style you are going for. Not sure exactly how valorant cheats work, but I assume it’s similar. Definitely made it feel like I was learning how to play a new game since it was such an advantage, but eventually it got boring and didn’t feel fun anymore after you took all of the skill out of it.
PUBG was similar, but I tried using cheats on it when my computer was basically running on integrated graphics since the graphics card had died. I couldn’t even fully use them since I was running on about 10 FPS at the time, but I tried telling my team when someone would get close. Used them one game and my teammates let a guy run into our house and grenade us all. Got banned the next day on PUBG and decided that, especially after that, it wasn’t worth it to keep paying for copies of games after getting banned.
I feel like people use them because they either get bored with a game or get frustrated with not improving. Both reasons are not a great reason to cheat. Giving yourself an unfair advantage doesn’t make it fun. It makes it easy. Half of the fun of gaming is having the challenge. If anyone has ever thought of cheating, find a video of someone else doing it somewhere. It isn’t worth it to cheat, and it only messes up everyone else.
The one and only time I saw Cheater Detected was when I loaded into a random deathmatch and 2 am and it popped up as soon as the match started lmao
Apparently the guy who didn't click m1 sometimes actually shoots with spacebar as well. I don't know the legitimacy of that claim but I think he hit radiant on another account it's on his twitter.

I've played since beta and seen like 6 cheater detected messages XD in beta it was just a message and saying you can leave with no penalty while who ever it was got labled and booted. My most reasonant one was like within past 3months.

crazy how riot made an anti cheat that has direct access to your entire PC via kernel level software claiming that its to stop cheaters and it STILL doesn't stop cheaters
It is like having a gun without using. Authorities need to have an evidence that you used it to llegally. Same with Riot's. It needs to have an evidence that the cheat was used it bans the user.
Anti-cheat software never _stop_ cheaters, it just gets rid of them when it finds them. Punkbuster got in lots of trouble for false positives, you can actually sue the game company for banning you, because it's them revoking a service you paid for. That's why code of conduct is a TOS agreement and not just a normal list of rules, its why hackers have to ruin a couple games before they get caught.
The software just detecting that you have a third party plugin of some kind that it thinks of as being a cheat does nothing without actual evidence of you using it to cheat.
I meann I’ve only played with 2 cheaters since release so I’d say it’s actually pretty good
While I do dislike the Kernel level software as it is invasive.
Cheaters generally aren't that common in Valorant, to this day I've only ever encountered one red screen which happened very early on.
Vanguard does a decent job, usually a report for cheating causes Vanguard to scan currently active files and see what files are interacting with what in memory. This makes detecting cheats mostly incredibly easy - however, if the player can't tell if someone is cheating thus doesn't report - Vanguard won't scan and they likely won't be detected.
If you report someone and they don't get red screened, they likely weren't cheating.
@@RokuNyx Vanguard is intrusive, but whenever you uninstall it, it really seems to uninstall for real. Using cmd you can check if Vanguard's service is still running or not, and when its uninstalled it doesn't even exists. With some scripting you can have an auto-uninstall when you quit the game, only caveat is having to restart computer everytime you want to play, but if OS is on SSD it's not really an issue.
People are saying Vanguard doesn't do shit, but I feel like it does, bc without it I think we'd have much more cheaters like in Rainbow Six Siege for example.
I had a cheater detected in a silver lobby and the game was pretty even but enemy cypher swung every time with no info on weird angles

As a person whos been hardstuck low elo since jan 2021, I've seen yhe "cheater detected" at least a dozen times. It sucks so much, it tilts me so much whenever there's a cheater in my game
Ok so, to explain why the cheats are so glitchy (I don't cheat in Valorant btw), the cheats need to bypass the anti-cheat which is a kernel-level software, which means it's running very, very deep in your system. Doing this is obviously a bit difficult, so the methods they use to bypass it aren't perfect and therefore cause the cheat to glitch. Some people cheat using hardware like making one using a raspberry pi or arduino, some use software. Really depends.
The only thing I disagree about people saying “why would you cheat, it’s not fun” is that the cheater wouldn’t give a shit about you not having fun at all, and I highly doubt the cheater is doing it ‘for fun’ like surely they’d just be trying to rank up cos their brains somehow think getting radiant with cheats is an achievement, or they would be playing unrated to test the cheats. I doubt fun would have anything to do with it for 99% of them
BTW the one with the jett like the second clip I believe it's because it's when they are shootable they appear. So wallbang etc so he's not BLATANT. Cheaters do quite often like to try and hide it alot.
As a Yoru main, when people don’t hit my decoy because they know it’s fake, that’s when I outplay them by acting like the decoy, then turning and killing them
There was a time where i completed all my weekly quests in one game and got 75,000+ exp but lost it all because there was a hacker that no one suspected and sadly due to that the match got terminated and i had to do mah quests again
it will never make sense to me how someone could possibly or even remotely be having any fun while cheating. dont u get the most fun out of getting kills when a script doesnt do it for u? when u actually EARN the kill or goal or whatever the objective is😂

i'm still yet to find a proper cheater in any of my games, so i think its working for the most part! - at the beginning you say something about a toggle but i think that's some of how valorant fog of war works, your client wont have any info of characters if they are too far away or too far out of the line of sight!
I've had two matches where we were in the middle of it and it stopped and said a cheater was detected. But I have seen obvious cheating in hundreds of matches. Kinda ridiculous that it's pretty rare they actually catch them and stop it.
Few days back I had cheater reyna in my game.. this guy had 49 kills and 2 death !!!! In one of the game we planted at a site in ascent and we had 4 of us left. all of us was in 4 different direction because we knew he was cheating so we could at least trade. But we were wrong. this dude literally drop in middle of site from nowhere, made 360 turn and kill all 4 of us within half a second. We literally reported for 50 times during the game but sadly he dint get ban.
In the cheater community there is like 3 sides, blatant, idgaf, and closet. Some cheaters hate closet cheaters and think it's scummy but with blatant, you get banned quick and no need to speculate, but with closet you can sometimes argue to get unbanned on banned accs if it wasn't detected and it's more scummy. but cheating at all is scummy ofc but i think there are levels
whilst we were grinding for battlepass and so killing ourselves immediately in spike rush we experienced 3 cheaters in 3 rounds so we got extremely scared and never tried that ever again. I'm not sure if thats a bug but 3 in a row is very sus

I’ve been playing for 2 acts and I’ve seen 7 matches end in “cheaters detected”
The reason the Charms (those purple players) keep dissapearing is because of how the map is developed

a few weeks ago mid match, i was getting destroyed and then all of a sudden i started having radiant aim. Then match stopped with the cheater screen,
It only toggles now and again because that’s how they designed the game to combat esp. csgo implemented the idea before hand. It won’t give your pc data on where the enemy player is unless they are either close to you AND making movement or preforming an action in which your pc needs that information. Anything not necessary won’t be rendered, hence the glitching
the reason for them dissppearing and reappearing is probably because the game doesn't always load the enemy in.

I have lagged badly, and while in the lag state I can only see some enemies, and not others. Yet, teammates have been killed by enemies which I don't see.
I’m S3, and Even w/ the most recent vid about hackers, idk why I have never officially ran into a cheater. 120 competitives, 214 unrateds, 80 replications, 100 spike rushes, 3 swift plays, and 90 DMs. Have never had the match terminated or gotten a notification post reporting someone for cheating. Only for abusing text chat. I’ve been sus of ppl but usually chalk it up to smurfing.
the reason the wall works now and then is because this is pure speculation but i remember watching a bit in a video about how the renderign system works they basically put up a map and its solid but if u cant see any enemies they wont send you the data for the enemy but when your about to see the enemy they say to your computer hey theres gonna be a sova here with an op looking at this dgerees and this degrees while scoped in and crouched and then the game renders sova in its a pretty smart way to prevent cheaters but hackers sadly still find a way around this
out of all the games ive played and seen, the only cheater ive ever suspected was on my friends team when i was watching. nothing came out of it though cause the guy didnt do anything obvious, totally cheating though with the way he flicked around

all the accounts with skins, dont have skins, there is a feature in most cheats called skinchanger where it changes the skin only for the cheater

I think the one dude who isnt clicking but still shooting just has his shooting bound to one of his side mouse buttons, everytime he shoots his thumb clicks something on his mouse
Everytime I play deathmatch mode, my enemies always pop up with running vandal headshot consistently.

Btw that cicle thing at the start is called FOV and it is real it makes it so if you look at someone within that circle the aimbot will lock or the bullets with curve towords the person if they are in the circle

Idk if anyone has explained it, but most likely for a lot of it, theyre using skin changers, and for the esp lots of cheats will have different options such as chams, skeletons, glows, or even boxes… as well as some of them are cobfigured differently some are better some arent as good hence why you cant see them half the time
If you cannot wallbang or util damage someone, valorant does not send the location of that player to your PC. Most games do. This is done specifically to stop someone from saying everyone's positions within 5 seconds of the round starting

i have like 1300 hours and I've only seen cheater detected twice and they were both within the last 2 months.
1:02 they probably use skin changer and the wallhack only shows up sometimes because its harder to detect that way

Here in APAC(SA), Dicey and Suspy got banned. Suspy still maintains his innocence and continues to play on an alt. Personally could never find anything on his streams that were sus, if he cheated he might've done it off stream.

Most games only send play location packets when they are in sight, very close or about to be in sight (when they are behind a wall, about to peek for example). that means when they are further away, the client doesn't know where the players are. This is done to prevent wallhacks and reduce data sent but it obviously isn't perfect.
Actually the guardian guy, with the odd click was actually unbanned by Riot bc there was no proper evidence other than speculation. The guy said he specializes with the Guardian and has his fire on a different button I believe and since Riot cant really prove other than a few clips here and there they unbanned him. Super early Valorant drama but it was interesting...
A lot of people don't understand the legal trouble Riot could get into banning somebody from the game without proper evidence, you paid for the game so if they are to ban you then you can sue them for the money and potentially the time you spent playing their game, and you'll easily win the case if they don't have any evidence of you cheating, think if a restaraunt asked you to leave because you said some rude things, they'd refund you for anything you paid for but did not receive. Trigger bots, like what he was suspected of, are usually entirely hardware based, but even if vangard did see it functioning it's not quite the smoking gun in a court of law, they need clear evidence of wrongdoing to properly ban somebody.
Since he was high profile he got attention, and since he was a streamer banning him had financial ramifications that could impact the lawsuit which made it even less worth the risk.

if you think these cheaters are crazy, you should try playing a single match of casual Team Fortress 2. People aren't exaggerating when they say they see at least one blatant aimbotting spinning bot every game. They even send messages like "im not a bot" and "press f2 on your keyboard" its so weird

One year ago, maybe it was clean, but now, every game feels like theres cheaters. Even your teammates. They would be looking at the ground all the time, with shit crosshair replacement, and suddenly do a 180 one tap headshot. How does that work exactly?

Although 47/4 might feel like something only a cheater can get, it's not too far away from a regular comp game where for some reason you got teamed with a silver. When there's just 1 silver in game and you're all iron it is possible to get like 45/8 or 9

The day valorant updated its anti cheating software for valorant a few months ago, I got the cheater dectected screen. Never after that.

3:28 I think the issue is that a massive streamer cant expect out every one of their thousands of viewers not to stream snipe. The only way to do that is to record on a delay.
If you watch a streamer and nootice yo are playing against him you turn off the stream this is not the streamers fault it´s the oponent being an asshole.
