I am very slim and boyish, taller side of petite, love colours from nature, whites, creams. Softer more muted colours, but occasionally like black and scarlet. Soft grey's and toffee tones for winter too. I can't look too fussy as I'm in my sixties! For what it's worth, floaty top, slicker bottom, or vice versa, great for everyday. Jackets and coats not too structure. Drapes and ruching look better than frills. Nothing too try hard but all in the detail. Emphasise waist a bit but soft curves. Your hair is lovely like this. Don't waste precious time doing complicated styles! Another thing is ethereal does not need to be complicated or over fussy. Just soft lines and colours you can add more too when you want to rev up the eccentricity element!
I'm glad you're back! At the moment, I'm somewhat drawn to the Ballet Core aesthetic (although I'm not a teen anymore and I'm not even on TikTok yet), but since I don't have a finalized picture of how to pull off this style as a non-dancer, I am still in the experimental phase... It's just about giving a few hints and not going out on the street in costume. And yes, I have a longing for sky blue, sea foam, light turquoise, pistachio green combined with light jewelry, pearls.
Oh my god this is the inspiration I was looking for!! I am dramatic/classic/ethereal and I love these long lines, the juxtaposition of tailoring and flowyness, the combination of striking powerful and airy flow with those classic vintage elements, this is what I need! I was confused with how to execute the ethereal part of me because the ethereal is always portrayed so light while dramatic is always portrayed so severe. I think dramatic ethereal can create these awesome sci-fi and bold fantasy looks with striking contrast in texture and color. Like not nymph or fairy but alien or high fae, not pixi or mermaid but goddess or siren or these dangerous powerful ethereal creatures. I like to think of my essence blend like I am a high fae hiding in and observing the human world, having this eternal life and awareness
Its pretty! It’s definitely very ethereal! I think if you toward the ballet core it might look great! It could look so cool in the Winter too! That’s so inspiring!
