Yeah, I unironically think the double meaning is intentional as far as this song is concerned. Not only does Ceroba put a huge emphasis on how she's fully intent on killing Clover and you can't just talk her out of it like everyone else, it's also revealed during the actual fight that Kanako's death was partially her fault as well. Given Sans' explanation of how LOVE works, it's hard for me to believe that Ceroba HASN'T accrued more of it than the majority of monsters in the Underground.

You did a phenomenal job with this remix for the final boss theme! I really love the use of both the organ and guitar! And the artist did an excellent job of animating Kitsune Ceroba here. This is by far the best remix for “A Mother’s Love”. Nothing can top it.

I always feel that the guitar resembles "Once Upon A Time" in the original is too weak. But this remix absolutely does it justice. When I heard it ingame for the first time, I just went "Oh look. It's Undertale." If something like 2:39 played instead, I believe that could be the first time I physically jump out of my chair when playing a video game.
