Capital - Vizag... it should be.
DSC - No, It is minus from Jagan govt.
Govt job notification - Around total 1.5 lakh jobs (130000 Sachivalayam, 20k health sector)
IT industries - Infosys in Vizag ( But IT industry world wide is under recession with all these layoffs from past 2 years - so not much growth)
Polavaram - It requires central collaboration, still a bit failure
OC reservation - Did he put this in his manifesto?
Now we can talk about what he did things really. I list down the +ve/-ve and neutral items in his governance.
Positives: -
1. Grama Sachivilayam jobs - These are permanent jobs by written exam. Total 1,30,000 jobs - Almost with 30k package.
If you think only group1/group2 exams are the only way to employment, what about the poor and com people who have low IQ. This is the best for those who can't crack Group1/2 types of exams.
2. Grama volunteers - Total 254178 jobs - Great program to utilize youth who are not that academically great and want to stay at home(mostly ladies) - 5k per month. Really helpful in Corona pandemic, Aadudam andhra, Jagan aryoga suraksha kind of government initiations. In fact, Govt is utilizing them for almost all activities causing too much burden on them.
3. RBK - Rythou barosa kendralu - Total 10778 RBK, Total 21000 jobs - Rythu Bharosa Kendram is used for supply of Government Certified Agri Inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers & Pesticides), Animal Husbandry& Fisheries Inputs to the farmers and has an attached workshop /Knowledge Center for giving scientific Agri Advisories to the farmers.
4. Group 1/2 - Around 1000 jobs, only notification given.
5. YSR Health clinics - Total - 10,032 village health clinics - Family doctor concept and it will offer 12 types of basic medical services, 14 types of diagnostic tests, and 64 types of medicines.
6. Infra-wise Schools - Total revamp of govt schools with Nadu-Nedu program. Spending around 40,000 crores, upgrading each and everything related to schools. This is the biggest change compared to the CBN time brought in his governance.
7. Medical colleges - Total 17 medical colleges with super specialty hospitals. 18 new nursing colleges. 6 are functional now. Pulivendula, Paderu, Markapuram, Adoni and Madanapalle in 2024-25. In 2025-2026, seven more Government medical colleges will be inaugurated at Parvathipuram, Narsipatnam, Palakollu, Amalapuram, Bapatla, Piduguralla and Penukonda. This is in collaboration with the central govt with (60:40) ratio and expenditure - 8500 crores.
8. 4 Ports, 10 fishing harbours, 6 fish land centers - 20000 crore expenditure. Taking advantage of the 974km coastal line.
9. Industries - Jagan govt attracted a good number of industries - Some of them - 1. Greenko Pinnapuram, Arcelor Mittal company - (22400 crores) 2. HPCL expanison(10000 crores), JSW steel plant(Jindal - 8800 crores), Pepper motion - 4640 crores
Some stats regarding development in numbers-
1. RBI's Handbook of Statistics on Indian states claims that AP has posted a 50 percent growth in GSDP in these four years - a sharp rise from Rs 8.73 lakh crore in 2018-19 to Rs 13.17 lakh crore in 2022-23.
2. Agriculture sector recorded a 64 percent growth - from Rs 1.08 lakh crore in 2018-19 to RS 1.77 lakh crore in the last fiscal
3. the number of new MSMEs has grown six-fold, to a total of 2.5 lakh compared to CBN term

10. 31 lakh house sites for poor people - With ownership after 5 years - will be used for getting mortgage loan purposes.
Neutral -
1. Debt - CBN time AP debt 1.7lakh crore, Jagan govt around 2lakh crore. Jagan's debt is somewhat visible in GSDP growth and agricultural exports. Jagan with DBT mechanism transferred 2.5 lakh crores to the people, which means all the borrowed money, he transferred. Same time what happened to CBN 1.7 lakh debt money?
2. Govt employee work pressure - Seems all govt employees are not welcoming Jagan's faceapp attendance and work pressure.
3. NPS -> GPS-> OPS: How can you promise OPS when you do not know proper math. People who voted based on this felt betrayed.
4. Polavaram, Special status - It's with central collaboration, but still not able to complete it.
5. Deficit revenue budget - Got money for 10000 crore deficit revenue budget from the center.
6. 3 capitals - It is a good idea to promote Vizag as executive capital, as giving importance to all areas,but still in the early stages.
Minus -
1. Roads - As people are saying, in some areas, road conditions are very bad.
2. Govt employee salaries - Although not a single salary was missed, some-how salaries are not credited on 1st of every month.
3. No mega DSC - If you can't do it, do not promise.
4. No liquor ban - It's a miss from navaratna.
Summary: Compared to all, JD lakshmi narayana promised that without taking a single rupee debt, he wanted to run the govt. People who think that the Jagan debt destroyed AP, should go JD lakshmi narayana as an alternative because now CBN promised 6 promises just like the Telangana and Karnataka congress which requires a huge debt. In other aspects, Jagan govt did a good amount of work despite losing 2 years with Corona pandemic. With 3 years of scope, Jagan developed AP impressively. If you hate Jagan for his governance, you should equally hate CBN for his past governance and the newly mentioned 6 promises for the 2024 elections.
Jagan govt major plus: Schools, colleges, 31 lakh house sites
major minus - roads, govt employees treatment
Final - JD (Who promised no debt) > Jagan > CBN.
