- Welcome to Rathbone Market, in the heart of Canning Town, which was delivered by our JV with Legal & General and Homes England - The English Cities Fund - in partnership with London Borough of Newham.
Our scheme at Rathbone Market was a critical catalyst for the Canning Town and Custom House Regeneration Area - established by Newham Council, with the aim of transforming this complex part of east London to benefit residents and drive growth.
Over the past 11 years, we truly believe that we've delivered a special scheme that's brought forward 406,000 sq ft of high-quality regeneration, 653 mixed-tenure homes, a new library and community centre, two public squares and a new bustling market.
