@@DaneAndStacey Yeah might get an idea of where you can travel without corona virus being a problem. Might be worth heading to Queenstown next month while flights and accommodation are cheap.
My husband and I were there about 10 years ago- in the winter , in the ice and frost watching the stars! We had the last slot of the day- but when we left they switched off all the lights- which included the lights on the stairs going back up to the car!! In the dark and ice it was lethal!!😂
This place is now on my bucket list, a very classy travel vid, again. Incredible video and editing, again. I genuinely think I would feel comfy sitting across from you guys, very nice.

Ja, I flew JetStar from Auckland last year. And the first thing they did was tell me "no filming" at the airport! Bummer! I did get the initial shot like you did, though.

do you think the onsen pool would still have a nice view at the evening or would it be too dark?? not sure if daytime or night time would be cooler for views?
Definitely better during the day. But a good idea is to book around sunset, then you'll get the day views and the transition to darker. I think this looks East from memory, so won't see the sunset as such, but will still look great

Missed out the Onsen hot pools when we were down that way for our campervan trip (forgot to book in advance) The Hilton was a good compromise thou.
Does the HIlton have some other kind of hot pool? Took us plenty of visits before we planned in advance as well haha
