Thanks for sharing this with us Terry, the sunrise in particular was worth waiting for, wow! I’ll be interested to watch the next one as I do have concerns which prevent me camping wild. I love to tour alone but I enjoy getting to a campsite each evening where I feel safe. My favourite campsites are the little ones - a small paddock or field behind a village pub or farm with facilities. Anyway, looking forward to your next one!
hey Terry, you insprired me to my first wildcamp, on this hill at the end of my trip through Wales. before returning to London to catch my train, I decided to follow the Strawberry line and the Cheddar Gorge (unfortunately the road there was closed for a few days), did not have this spectacular weather with sunset, but nice enough and very windy at night... Thanks for this inspiration and all your videos!
That was brilliant Terry. I can remember me and my friends years ago cycling Dundry hill and hurtling down the other side to Chew magna. Used to cycle around that area regularly but not to where you went. Awesome views.👍
Nice one Terry, lovely views and not far away. The tent really blends in with the landscape, great for stealth camping. I follow 'Andy's Adventures' and I enjoy films of his camping trips. Recently some rotter stole his bike, not while camping but on a train! Hoping he gets another and continues camping and filming. At least you can fold the Brompton and keep it near you. I'm guessing the Brompton is all nicely bedded in after it's major overall. If you make a film about wild camping perhaps you could cover getting discovered and moved on? It would be something that worries me. Thanks for sharing your short trip.
Hi, I also follow Andy and am aware of his bike theft. Better security was one of the reasons I changed to the Brompton. I’ve never been moved on when wild camping so no experience with that however I’ll cover why I think that is

Thanks, I totally understand your concerns about camping alone, been there and got the t shirt, hopefully I can address some of your concerns

Thanks Leo, your inspiration is mine, if you know what I mean. Being local I can pick my camping nights to suit the weather. Love it up there 👍🚴
Thank you Terry. Loved watching that. I am in 'camp 3' - would love to be brave enough to wild camp, so looking forward to your next video.
Thanks Jo, hopefully be able to help you with that

Thanks, it’s a brilliant area to have on my doorstep
