Gift giving vs gift receiving 99% of people will say giving. Im sure most do like giving, like myself seeing the joy of others when you give them something they really want is such a great feeling.
However, i dont find it to be awkward or uncomfortable to receive gifts because when someone gives you one, they want to see your joy also. If you say cool, thanks and dont have much of a reaction? The giver isnt as joyful or excited to give it to you. So YES, you can like to receive gifts!

Oahu is the only island I know of in the state that has anime/manga/gaming/collectible stores. 2 Bookoffs a Swapmeet at Aloha Stadium (Sundays are best) and a cpl stores in the Pearl Ridge Mall (razor concepts and Mini Q)

Grading is basically paying to have games put in plastic so that if you wish to sell it you can ask a price that someone decided it is worth , nobody knows the person or why what they say is gospel when it comes to price but like a lot of things in life we just accept it and carry on , boggles my mind as its just adopted behaviour transfered over from government laws as they continue to do things that seriously affects how people live yet everyone knows its wrong but nobody is ever held accountable and the rules never change.

Great Stuff boys, I always enjoy listening to these at work. I dunno, Tornado's are sketchy, one touched down a couple of years ago near my work locations and I suddenly became a storm chaser checking my equipment for damages as it caused destruction ahead of me. Crazy the power they have.

Giving gifts leans into the "esteeming others higher than yourself" we see in the Bible. The gift is not a single item its about the time you put into knowing the person, the cost - be it emotional, in work hours, or cash value - of getting them the thing they want, and then the meaning behind giving the gift - letting them know you value them more than the cost of the item; that's why it can be so difficult to explain how "good" it feels to give gifts imo.
What company is grading these games? I would like to send a few games to be graded.

Makes sense to grade stuff like that Madden game if you want to sell it. I just have no interest in owning graded games.
First, anybody can enjoy video games however they want, go wild. But I refuse to hop on the graded collecting train, I shouldn't need an arbitrary rating to say how much my game is worth. The hobby is drifting further and further away from playing games and now has this gross, elitist side to it, it doesn't lead to positivity. It was cool going to the swapmeet and finding a $5 game, going home and seeing that it goes for $200. But when we're talking about sealed games and thousands of dollars, it changes things for the worse. Now you don't even want to play the game, its all about preserving it in plastic to get as much money as possible out of it, or encasing it in plastic and putting it on a shelf.
Like right now, I have the giant big box release of Point Blank 3 sealed, and I need to play it but don't have much time. So am I harming the community somehow by opening my hard to find copy? Maybe i should find an open one on ebay, etc. It's preventing me from ripping it open and enjoying it as intended, thinking about all this extra stuff I never should have to consider.
