Dude its a stunning watch and looks even better on the wrist shot. What a flattering timepiece with both a strong robust presence hut understated when you need it to be. Solid price too!
Have to admit, that's a handsome watch. And, as you've noted, it's kind of nice that it's a perhaps a less popular and obscure watch choice. Purchase well played.

The similarly-looking Breitling titanium seawolf remains one of my favourite watches of all time. Love the retro-futuristic design (and I prefer the Arabic numerals on the seawolf). Unfortunately I was too embarrassed wearing luxury brands so I had to let it go.
You actually have an option of the same watch with the full logo, which I got from crown and caliber as well. I belive its a little bit older, but both of them are still present in breitling official website
Thanks, how is the watch going now 5 years on? I have a breitling outlet near me that sell all the discontinued stock, they are selling these for £2,200 which is about $2,750 but new. I am thinking to purchase in January as they have about 10 in stock. I really like it, just got the Tudor black bay 58 with the burgundy bezel and looking to add this to a collection I’m starting.
Hey Bruce, great video, The lack of wings on the B logo is not a cost cutting measure its actually a change implemented by the new CEO George Kern, basically its supposed to signify Breitling as an air, land and sea brand rather than just an aviators brand
When I saw the thumbnail for this video I thought it was a Halios (maybe because I was wearing a Seaforth today and the dials and indices as so similar). Great watch and another great video.

Apparently this line has been discontinued. They release one watch that isn't a gigantic over-polished gaudy mess and then immediately discontinue it. I really like this watch. Hopefully I can snag a pre-owned deal on one since they don't sell them anymore.

I'm pretty much settled on a breitling for my first luxury purchase so it's good to hear your real world experience of accuracy, that's one of the things holding me back , as we all know you can get tudor in house 3 day for the same money as a 2824 eta breitling (and others) but I much prefer breitling styling and general brand aesthetic (not the full polished ones! ). Which leads me to ask have tried the push button folding clasp rubber strap yet? From what I've seen they're amongst the best in the business - another reason I'm considering a breitling sports watch. I really want to have a rubber strap summer watch and a attractive steel bracelet option, you know? Thanks!
...and yes I'm aware breitling uses the tudor 3 day movt in some of their pieces but I've looked at all of them and I much prefer all the models that come with the 2824 sadly!
Percentiles of hours and minutes, when minute hand or second hand is pointing at 6 which means 50% time past an hour or a minute. Quick indicators for time converting.

@@DudeGamer8 In real life I rarely used that function. Nowadays the watch functions such as chronograph, moon phase, world time and others may be not useful to the most people. At least only the second hand, date and power reserve indicator are the useful things for me. Other than these are "symbolic functions" for me. But we still like to see those functions on our personal watches because they are expensive to have in order to prove status.

I think most of Breitling's designs are weird and tasteless. Only ones I like are Superocean Heritages with steel mesh, but I wouldn't pay 4 times more for one than I did for an Alpina Alpiner 4 with a Staib mesh bracelet...
I always felt Breitling were too flashy, but this one is perfect. Thank You For Another Great video.

Breitling should have removed the red tip on the seconds hand. It would have raised the class of this watch.
Rubbish clasp and frankly, quite shocking on a Breitling.
