Justin Moore is one of the very few artists in New Country who has respect for the Old Country and is willing to carry the torch. I'm constantly having to explain to friends how people like Eric Church, Luke Bryan, FL-GA Line, etc. aren't actually Country. They may have some good hits and they may have some good music, but they aren't Country! Country is more than simply singing about booze and women. It has heart and wit; something most of the newer artists lack. It also has a definitive vocal and musical style. You can't simply claim, like Church, that "Genres are dead," and then call yourself a Country musician and produce faux-Country music. I hope Moore continues to carry the torch. We need more like him.

He is just a Good Ol boy I met him back before he got really big. he was playing at a local bar and he was cool as hell. He performed there two nights and both nights he was just like one of us. we took shots together and danced it was awesome. we even went out to eat the second night. No one knew who he was back then but everyone knows him now.. That is something I will always remember and never forget. he was so down to earth and funny..
