My academic and birth certs have two names. In my ID they added a surname from my dad’s name on the birth certificate. The same three names were carried to my passport. Does this have effect on my visa application?
What if the child is above 21 years old.should the main principal include their child if child are above 21 on ds260 form or not....and if main applicant does not include there child on initial edv lottery form because child is over 21 years old.its so confusing, please sir give me correct answer

It would be better if you can try and get the documents if you were legally married that is you had married certificate. Otherwise you are safe to say you have no previous spouse

Hello, do you have to fill a derivative even if you're not intending to travel with them.
If under 21, yes. And on ds260, select not immigrating with them.
