If they cancel your flight within 14 days of departure you should receive compensation of 600 euros for intercontinental flight It happened to me with flight from Paris to Antanaanarivo,i bought ticket for 500 euros and was compensated 600,so i was paid to fly hehe
@@passivenomads of course you will have to fight them and it takes couple months you have to file claim i did that over europeaan consumer center i don't know about UK.must be something else since you are no longer in EU you are flying from UK via Addis Ababa?
