    It's awesome watching you do all this work yourself. How are you liking the built motor?

      Thanks! I like the built motor so far it hasn't given me any trouble. I kind of wish I went close deck because I'm a little concerned with the block strength at 500whp. We will see how it holds up and I'll close deck the next one

    How much timing are you running at 20psi and 91 tune at pk tq and up top if you don't mind me asking?

      Off memory I think its like 18 or 19 degrees but I can double check later and get you an exact number

      @@SWSpeedCo thanks. Reason I ask is cause I couldn't run anything more than single digits with my 20G until I swapped out turbine and went meth and even then I'm at 73% meth but now I'm at 27psi

      On 91 with 20 psi it looks like at 4000 rpm where my peak torque is the timing is 8.5 degrees and steadily increase to 14.5 at 8000 rpm

    Hey brother, my ‘05 Outback XT ej255 motor recently got damaged due to a spun rod bearing.
    I bought a jdm ej20x motor, but they are dual AVCS motors.
    iwire makes an engine harness merge kit to get both exhaust AVCS camshafts sensors working, but they said I’d need a jdm ECU.
    Do you know anyone that could tune a jdm ‘05 ‘06 Legacy GT ECU so I can use the jdm ej20x motor on my ‘05 Outback XT?
    Btw, my car came with a catless DP, Grimmspeed boost controller and CAI. Not sure if that would complicate things a bit. I’m not looking for power, just trying to get the car tuned and properly running again. What do you recommend I do in my case? Last thing I want is blow up the ej20x motor..

      I'm not sure of the difference in turning jdm engines, but yes you do need the jdm ecu. I would contact some subaru tuners about your situation because they would definitely know better than me.
