In my opinion, the rider on the Haflinger is not sitting in a lot, ie in the back weight. But since I don't understand German, it may not be the number one priority, which it should. Incidentally very nice riding.
I dont like seeing a disproportion in horse size and weight of the rider....it's just not appropriate. Riders should chose horses that fit their size. Haflingers are often considerered to be "weight bearers". Which makes a lot of bigger riders go for that breed. They should chose a larger horse, if only for aesthetical reasons.
