- Follow me as I search for fun vintage and antiques in New Orleans and Slidell Louisiana. Thrift stores were kind of hard to find but there were a ton of fun antique malls.

You would like the Juliete look of the 60s. Very girlie girl styles. I loved this time. Those of us who worked in Business couldn't wear the original tie dyed stuff. It. just wasnt done. I worked on Wall Street (NYC) at the time.

Walking down that alley of trees and especially with your cape you remind me of Lila in the Justin Cronin novels. She starts her novel life as a orthopedic surgeon, but quickly morphs into a very unusual mystic lady who can communicate with and control virals. Virals are vampire like beings, really nasty little buggers. There are three books, The Passage, The Twelve and City of Mirrors. I listened to them on audible. The narrator of the books is excellent. If you haven’t listened to them, you are missing a treat! Great haul today!

I dont know another man on earth that would wait for you to go through all those dress racks and not say a word. My dad was like that, mom would spend hours in dressing rooms, he would look for stuff for mom, get her different sizes, when He got older, he just would sit in a chair and watch her...not saying a word.

That dress is gorgeous! I got excited when I saw the vintage train cases on the top shelf! I have a sweet spot for them! I use them to store my makeup. 💕

mine never goes clothing shopping ever. We have been less than 5 times since marriage and he acts like it is torture. I try buying stuff for him but I eventually will give up coz it is hard to get sizing and fit right like jeans

I love the dress; please model for us. I have a set of four pinup shot glasses like what you are describing. They’re not in great shape but you hardly ever see them so when I did, I snapped them up!
