    Interesting video. How does the result compare with Turkish coffee that was carefully prepared the traditional way?
    Also, is there an optimal amount of water to use? What happens if you put too little or too much?

      I can't claim to be the most discerning taster in the world but personally I haven't noticed a big difference. Re: water. Some will measure in ml but you just traditionally put in the volume of the finjan (cup) leaving a little for the coffee to displace. I've never measured. At my former level of addiction, coffee preparation had to be an efficient process!

      @@DanielSRosehill Is there any difference in flavor or mouthfeel when making 1 cup vs 4? I'm trying to figure out how this machine handles different amounts. If it goes by sensing that the coffee is about to overflow this could be very different when using different amounts, and possibly won't happen at all if the amount if very low in comparison to the size of the pot.

      To the best of my knowledge no. I frequently use it to make 4 x small cups for guests etc.
