Mines worse with the brace on🤦‍♀️ doesn't stop the catching feeling deep inside the knee.

I had a complex meniscus tear but there was also like a flap of tissue, I forget what the doctor called it, which created a shallow pocket that the bone was catching in. The brace wouldn't help with that.
