This video shows what happens when the winding are shorted together but not shorted to ground. We also look at some reasons for capacitors.

I got 3 of these scroll compressors daisy chained with 5 sec delay between each . They are my home shop air compressors . Extreamly quiet and plumbed them in such a way to dump into a catch can above them to capture all the oil which by way of them extra small copper lines .030 in inner diameter links back to intake reoiling all 3 continually . Then to an old condenser to a water drain then to 30 gal tank. This bud just helped me dig through a pile of these compressors a local HVAC were scrapping. Fun prodject. Fyi the amount of air from each produce the same as a C.H piston compressor . So this series up is 3 times faster 100 times quieter

Can you help me? I have Ductless system one 18 k and two 9 k the 18 one is woking ok but the two 9 are not working. When I turn them on the fan comes on but they not energise the out door unit can you give some advise on what could be the most likely cause of the problem. Thanks

If you use ohms don't touch with your hand the pin of multimeter..our body have current..
