Freshly made ginger garlic paste is better.
Cooker is big and water is less so no pressure created so no whistle.oil is much hot so bhatura has burnt.soak chole overnight.u hv to press bhatura slightly 2-3times while frying like puri,so it will swell.also baking soda/powder was less than required.
For 3 seeti she is using 3 seeti wala cooker ! I died laughing 😂

If u r preparing chole without soking it overnight or before 3hr its just ok u just have to cook it a little longer like atleast 4 whistles extra...

Verified crispy Bhatura recipe-
Maida - 2 cups
Semolina - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Dahi - ¼ cup / 4 tbsp
Mix all the above ingridents and make a soft dough and let it rest for atleast 3-4 hrs (this step of fermenting is very crucial which makes Bhatura crispy) And then make a big, thin bhatura and fry it in super hot oil( while making Bhatura, oil should be super hot which makes balloon like Bhaturas)

No need to worry about the bhatore, because you won't get that perfect all the time. Even when we prepare it in home they are not always crispy. 😁
*Tip* : If you see the pressure in the pressure cooker, lift the whistle with something for a few seconds and then leave it. You can do this at the intervals of 7 to 8 minutes. As per the whistle needed.
Don't let the whistle sound for a long time as all water will evaporate. 😊😊

Never lift whistle by yourself... Don't give wrong information
1. If you are using ginger garlic paste you don't have to use ginger-garlic (shredded).
2. If you haven't soaked the chola overnight or 3 hours then while cooking you have to keep the pressure cooker on flame and wait for at least 4-5 whistles. Then once it cools down then check if it's cooked or not, and if not then cook it accordingly, means you'll know after you check once that in how much time more is required.
