Pirates using United States decommissioned military satellite.

Here on this upload you will hear radio pirates in Brazil. They are accessing a now decommissioned US UHF military satellite SATCOM. They are bootlegging the transponders and have been doing this for many for years now.
For anyone interested in hearing this - these are some of the frequencies You may receive the pirates on. I found some that were fairly clear, and it is definitely Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese).
