Lowrance Active Target Install - Pole Mount on Quintrex 420. Elite FS Units

Lowrance Active Target - Fully installed on a bow pole mount with a RAM adaptor on my Quintrex 420 Explorer Trophy. Connected to a front Elite FS 9 fishfinder mounted on a Railblazer Fish Finder Mount.

Hi Shane - mainly yes, but also use it for all the addtional feature - 2d sonar, Structure scan - netwroked to the transducer on the back of the boat. Cheers

Hi - I used the small advise cable mounts which I purchased at Jay Car - link attached www.jaycar.com.au/small-adhesive-cable-mounts-pk-25/p/HP0782. Hope this helps

Hi Michael - the best option. Glare Cover was from CH Smith MArine in Melbourne.

Hi Grazza what did you use for cable management coming through the deck to the sounder?

G/Day. Drilled a hole in the front casting deck and used a rubber Grommet - big enough to slide through the plugs to the finder. Picked mine up at Clark rubber.

Hi Paul - the follwoing pole chsmith.com.au/Products/Garmin-Panoptix-Anodised-Pole-Mount.html comes with a mounting block which connects the pole with the bracket

Hi Billy -Extremely happy with the FS as a whole and also with the Active Target. Clarity on the units are amazing with the glass screen. Finding the the FS9 is a perfect size my quintrex 420 with out taking up to much space. Cheers.
