Props for including the "Happy Birthday, Paulie" robot scene from "Rocky IV" as one of the franchise's "iconic scenes." Indeed. Backing synthesizers certainly help make this moment standout in a class all its own. Lars Thorwald catching Lisa Fremont flashing his wife's wedding ring behind her back to L.B. Jeffries who is watching from across the courtyard with his telephoto lens is one of the most chilling moments I've ever seen. No music necessary. Knowing that Jeff can't go anywhere with that massive leg cast makes the knowing gaze from Thorwald absolutely frightening. Hitchcock gets us again just three minutes later when Jeff answers his phone thinking it's his cop friend Doyle, but he inadvertently confirms his identity for Thorwald who is on his way over for a little face-to-face. "Chilling" is barely an adequate description. As good as it gets in film.
What Rogue One are you talking about? I've seen it several times and none of your scenes are familiar. The most impact scenes are near when the characters learn what's nect.

Great call! That stare is so unnerving.
Conveyor belt from ice pirates seems like an honourable way to go for me
lol! That was so random😂! I haven’t thought about that movie since the 80’s.
Came for the movies, stayed for the Whose Line clip.
La Haine. If you saw it, you know it.
I have not seen it, but I will definitely check that one out!
