The best areas in Istanbul ,ŞİŞLİ(Osmanbey,Nişantaşı,Kurtuluş,Bomonti) ,BEŞİKTAŞ( Abbasağa,Ortaköy,Teşvikiye) ,BEYOĞLU(Taksim,Harbiye,Galata,Cihangir).These kind of areas also very elite places.In addition to these locations are also eartquke resistant and in down town.

The only problem with Kadikoy is that 83% of people voted for Imamoglu - the guy (like Kilicdaroglu) who does everything in his power to stop every big project in Turkey. In other words, he doesn't want Turkey to grow economically. I'm an atheist, but God Bless Recep Tayyip Erdogan for turning Turkey & Istanbul into a location that everyone wants to visit or move to from all over the world
What do you think of Göktürks? It is a relatively new town and metro will go through this city soon from the airport, i was informed. Thinking to live there
It’s a very beautiful little town out of Istanbul. Feels more like europe and you can find everything you need there. As long as there is no metro station you will most probably need a car to get around, as it is quite far away from everywhere.
Are there any good beach areas near Istanbul, like no more then 200km's away? And are the customs or rules on the beach different then European/American beaches?

It's because no sane Turk gives a damn about it anymore. And to be frank, culturally speaking Turkey is such a unique mix that calling it neither Europe nor Asia fits it well. I like to use these more: Euroasia, Asia Minor, Anatolia
