Isayama also once said that out of all the characters, Levi is actually the most emotional- but because of the environment he grew up in, where emotions can be seen as weakness, he's so used to hiding it and keeping himself composed.
Best example of him being the most emotional is when he was just straight walloping that guy in the streets as Kenny watched on. There was a mixture of fear and anger in his wide eyes.
And the director's decision was correct, thank you!
OnoD definitely can play kid roles, his Jyushimatsu's voice is amazing afterall

Wow I got pretty shocked too!! So, the year Kenny "adopted" Levi was 829 and he was 4 year's old... On season 1 (850) he was ...25? Lol I thought he was already on his 30's

Yeah that makes sense if you just focus on the character's emotions and mental state while saying the lines it would make it easier, no matter what age. So funny with them mentioning AoT radio too! I could totally see that in character too having Levi and Erwin have their own more serious radio channel and then Eren and Conny having a goofy one! Thanks again!

I wanted to feature discussions from other VAs than the usual main casts but Kamiya-san and Ono-san really hardly appear on any talk shows/events...Kamiya-san only had one appearance on AOT Radio (season 1) and Ono-san never even appeared once! They often did really in-depth discussion for AOT on DGS so I thought it's a perfect opportunity to feature them here 😊

Yes I beleive this was around 2018. AOT Radio is currently on hiatus as the anime is on hiatus as well - should be airing again once the anime resumes
This is not aot radio, though. Kamiya and OnoD have been having their own radio show for over 10 years where they discuss the characters they voice, since they're usually a pair, like Levi and Erwin.
