  • Today I show you how to make “Magic Water”! Which is a natural immune boosting, water mixture for your chickens!
    Magic Water
    1 1/2 gallon mason jar with chick waterer
    2 heaping teaspoonfuls minced garlic
    1/8 cup raw local honey
    ~1/4 cup raw Apple cider vinegar

    Thank you! 🥳We make our own raw apple cider vinegar by chopping up apples and covering them in ACV and allowing it to sit for a month.

    1/8 a cup is equal to 2 Tablespoons.

    Your description says 1 1/2 gallon but video says 1/2 cup which I think is what you meant

    I will be getting 15 chicks. Seems like a half gallon would be a lot for one day? I've heard that I should put out "fresh" water daily. Does that apply to magic water too?

      We typically give this to them for the first couple of weeks and then give them plain freshwater.

    ACV inhibits calcium absorption. That's a no. Too much garlic will cause anemia
